The apartment is well located, comfortable and has 24h concierge. The co-host Cintia responded to me quickly, was very friendly, as well as demonstrating flexibility when possible. The kitchen and bathroom of the apto were well clean, as well as the bedding. The kitchen items are simple, but they catered for my short stay. I recommend it!

Beautiful apartment in Campinas. Certainly one of the best accommodation options in Campinas if your goal is to relax and enjoy some time with someone special. The place was clean, safe and very quiet. The house has a lot, from kitchen utensils, some ingredients like cooking oil and salt, and also clean towels and bed linen. One thing that ended up being annoying was that the gym and sauna were under maintenance during our stay, so if that's something you're looking for, it's always good to ask before, but for us it ended up not being such a bad thing either, because the place itself was worth every penny we paid. The location is also great, with lots of restaurants within a 10~15 minute walk, and also with the Jequitibás woods, a beautiful park, very close to the building. On the days we stayed there was no soccer game, but it is worth paying attention to this, as the Guarani stadium, the Brinco D'Ouro, is practically next to the building.

I recommend hosts always very cordial and gentle the apartment matches exactly as in the photos. Great cost benefit. I would stay again.

The place is very cozy and complete, I felt at home, has all the resources for household chores and an excellent barbecue corner, large, clean and organized space. The location is otima, has a market and prairie less than 2 minutes away, easy access to the ring road and Anhanguera highway. Very good !!! I will be back soon without a doubt.

Luiza is very attentive and her home fully met our needs. The residence has everything for a family to spend comfortably from a few days to long periods. The condominium also has a bakery, restaurants, market and other essential shops for everyday life. As I needed to go to Campinas regularly, the location of the house in Sumaré facilitated my trips, as I quickly accessed the Anhanguera and Dom Pedro expressways and arrived at my destination in just over 20 minutes. Some problems with check-in due to lack of communication, the pool was dirty, but I solved it by calling someone to clean and the costs were paid by the owner, the chairs in the living room had broken feet and should be replaced. One-off things that are easy to solve. Overall the house is good, cozy and we liked the accommodation.

Spacious, pleasant location, functional and charming balcony, quiet neighborhood of farms. It's even more beautiful and spacious than in the photos. Delicious pool. Cleo is very attentive and kind. We spent 17 wonderful days with the family and everyone loved it. It will be my home whenever I need to return to Santa Bárbara D'Oeste.
