Perfect for antique lovers, the house boasts one-of-a-kind vintage furniture and art. Can't beat the location, located on a quiet and private dead-end street right next to hiking trails, five minute walk to town and ten minute walk to our beach. This hidden small bungalow is ideal for a small family or two friends but can comfortably fit two couples if you are feeling cozy!

Petite Retreat; Artist Studio

Our detached Spanish-style artist’s studio is within a 3 to 15 minute walk of all the best restaurants and shops in the lower Village of Montecito. It is an easy four block walk from the patio to beautiful Butterfly Beach. It is cozy, private and has a fabulous, hot, outside shower ! (Note; this shower is the only shower for the studio). Gaze at the stars while rinsing off the sand ! The studio space is small, and cozy, warm radiant concrete floors can be turned on in the chillier months.

We are located one block from restaurants, Red Kettle Coffee, shopping & the beach. Our STUDIO is furnished with a queen bed, trundle sofa/twin bed, full bath, ocean view deck, TV, & off-street parking. Pet friendly! Traveling with children? Please submit an inquiry first. Cozy, tons of deck. Simple home with basics, lots of light and charm. I live in a separate flat at the end of the driveway but often the guests don't see me. No dishwasher. Please be sure that your initial message tells me something about your group. No pets/additional guests without prior consent. Interested in learning how to bake very easy bread? I would love to give you a complimentary lesson. Former bakery/Café owner.

The house has a gated private entrance with a keypad locked front door. You'll also have your own fenced yard and patio with outdoor amenities including a fire pit, ping pong table, and corn hole game. Other features include high-speed wifi, satellite cable TV, beach gear, child-friendly accommodations, and longer stays are welcome!

Amazing romantic getaway! Walk to the Beach and Hiking Trails from The Summerland Nest. Our beautifully remodeled studio is a 5-10 minute walk to restaurants, coffee, shops and the beach! A short drive North to Montecito's Coast Village road shops and eateries. Or South to the quaint town of Carpinteria. Or, just stay in and enjoy the views and sunsets from your own private deck! The Nest has a Queen Size bed and we are pet friendly but we only allow dogs.
