Papaws, sycamores, white tailed deer, cardinals, osprey, bald eagles, great blue heron, mergansers, beaver, otter, mink, small mouth bass, muskellunge, and crawdads can all be spotted from the decks looking over the creek and river. There is ample hunting, fishing, bird watching, golfing, hiking, mountain biking, and watersports nearby!

The buses are located conveniently off a well maintained gravel road and face beautiful rolling hills with hay and wildflowers in season. Deer frequent the pastures along with a family of foxes and Phil, the groundhog who has chosen it as his home. There are two schoolies if you have more people and need more space.
