The home is just minutes from Spring Training stadiums in Peoria and Surprise. Large golf courses surround the area, and for hikers we’ll provide a list of AZ’s best in the area! We have 3 spacious bedrooms and a large open floor-plan ideal for families. Plus we have a hot-tub out back!

You'll find a spacious comfortable bedroom w/a large dresser, nightstand & personal desk and comfy living space and full size closet to hang your clothes. The dining area includes a water cooler, microwave, airfryer, Keurig coffee machine/k-cups, a refrigerator/freezer and full size soaking bathtub w/rainfall shower! NOT HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE. DRIVEWAY PARKING.

Indoors you will find a spacious, well stocked kitchen, the living room has a large smart TV and WIFI. The large master bedroom has its own bathroom, walk-in closet, and a smart TV. There is also a pack&play and many toys for kids to use. There are 2 more bedrooms and another full bathroom . Sofa bed & airbed w/ linens in the closet.

The Surprise Getaway is perfect for families! Our 3400 sq ft, spacious 5 bedroom and 3 bath home sleeps up to 11 in beds with a maximum occupancy of 14 guests. We have a private heated pool with a waterfall and slide. There is a game room with air hockey, a poker table, arcade game, and pool table. There are TV's throughout and an Xbox in the loft. The luxury kitchen is fully stocked and has a large dining area and family room for lounging around.
