Our studio is created for couples and friends to rest, relax and at the same time discover our beautiful city in Cape Coral. When you arrive at the property you must leave your vehicle on the right side of the driveway. The entrance to the studio is located on the right side of the house by the white fence and there you will see the access door. We are located in a very quiet neighborhood, very close to restaurants, businesses and beaches in South Florida. We wish you a happy stay :)

Contact-free, keyless codes used to enter apartment. Within walking distance to a restaurant, pharmacy, convenience store and public park gym. Ping pong table, mini pool table, darts, board games, and a putting green available. Located near the intersection of Santa Barbara Blvd and Nicholas Parkway.

Location! Location! This apartment is close distance to Deli, restaurants and supermarket . The house faces the canal with breathtaking views we have cameras facing the canal and pool area in order to protect guests. The apartment is attached to the main house but private entrance totally separate. Functional full kitchen in the Lanai area Is only for 2 persons. No children allowed. After May 2025 pool will be shared by 1 or 2 more guest. No service dogs or comfort pets allowed.
