House overlooking Weimar, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. In our small lovingly designed brick house, right by the vineyard, in our large park-like private property you can relax. In the evenings, you can relax by the grill and wind down the day. Even on cold winter days, comfort is ensured: The automatic pellet stove guarantees pleasant warmth. And for hot summer days, air conditioning is available.

Combined living room & bedroom (room 1) with double bed as well as TV, play corner and sofa with sleep function. In the fully equipped kitchen with large dining table is the access to the terrace. Small, fine bathroom with spacious shower & underfloor heating. Number of rooms depends on number of guests. The apartment is pleasantly cool in summer.

East vacation home

Our vacation home, in Sundhausen, consisting of an east apartment and a west apartment, offers a total space for 1 to a maximum of 12 people. Both identically furnished apartments can be booked and used both separately and together. Built in 2025 and modernly furnished, these apartments, each 75 square meters, offer a place to stay alone, for two, with family or friends, short trips, business trips and much more, in a rural area.
