Vacation rentals with beach access in Sundsvall

A very charming house and super fresh accommodation. Close to beautiful walking paths, the water, the city, shopping and also the Technichus on the other side of the road -top for us who had it as the main activity. We enjoyed this home very much.

It was nice to come back to Märta and Pelle again. The dog and I feel very relaxing after a long day trip in the car. Absolutely fantastic accommodation, hospitality and breakfast (as usual). Thank you for us :) see you!

Super nice host. An apartment where you felt at home. There were some toys for children, card games,yatzy and poker markers. Tidy and absolutely worth the money.

Nice and functional accommodation 20 minutes ride from Sundsvall. Large enough for three to four guests. The host was pleasant and accommodating.

We spent two wonderful and relaxing weeks in this enchanting house and enjoyed life away from civilization. The house offers everything you need. But if you're used to luxury hotels, then this is not the place for you. Since we have been traveling with a backpack and tent for decades, this house was pure luxury for us. Thank you dear Åsa and Anders that we could be your guests and that you shared this dream with us. We hope that we can and will come back soon. All the best to you and your family.

The location is perfect if you're looking for tranquility – surrounded by nature and offering breathtaking views. I loved waking up to the serene landscape every morning. Tommy, the hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, providing great local tips while respecting our privacy. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. We felt super comfortable. Carola has furnished the house very well equipped and cozy. Unfortunately, it was still very cold, so we could not use the terrace and the other various seating areas in the garden. The location is fantastically beautiful and very quiet. For nature lovers there are numerous hiking and excursion opportunities. We highly recommend Carola's place!

We had an amazing time at Sara's place, she was super nice and helpful, gave tips to visit and checked regularly if everything is alright! The cottage is super cosy, spacious, clean and warm! The sauna with a view on the baltic sea is awesome!! We would come back any time!!!

Lena's house was a very good option for our workers to stay in. The owner was always responding to our messages, answering our questions. The place is cosy and has everything that one may need when travelling for work purposes. It is a pity they could not stay longer, but hope to be back one day. Our full recommendation :-)

Journn was an amazing host and the house was super cozy with everything you need. It’s in a beautiful location with a sea view, peaceful and remote—yet just a 20-minute drive to the city. She was also incredibly responsive throughout our stay. One unforgettable moment: we were lucky enough to witness the northern lights lighting up the sky all night long—in late spring! I honestly didn’t expect to see them. I wouldn’t mind staying here again, and I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Höga Kusten.
