Cottage is small (38m2) but well designed and equipped (dishwasher, washing machine), decorated by Scandinavian style and also offers sauna experience. Great place for couples or families with children. Guest is expected to bring bedsheets, towels and toilet paper and to do proper final cleaning.

The property is located in a quiet residential area, in the yard of a detached house, about 15km from the center of Oulu. The apartment is in mint condition, has sleeping accommodations for two and an air mattress for a third if necessary. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a double bed. Other things to note: There is a folder on the table in the hallway with some instructions for the renter regarding the apartment, be sure to read it, thank you.

Welcome to stay in a historic setting! This duplex is located in the charming courtyard of a mansion built in the early 1900s, right by the sea. The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen, and can accommodate up to 6 guests. One bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed, and the other has a 140 cm double bed and an 80 cm single bed. In the kitchen, there is a wooden sofa (180 cm), which also serves as a bed for a smaller sleeper.
