The Main Bungalow has a table with w/built-in seating, a comfy pull-up queen sofabed, and a twin sleeper chair. The 2nd Bungalow has a queen bed, a table for two, a sofa, & TV. A large private patio connects the bungalows & has a dining table, BBQ, sail shades, and a fire pit with seating. There is one off-street parking space.

Enjoy quality time with family or friends at our newly remodeled 1930's ocean front family beach home. Sun bathe on the deck in the Summer, catch some waves, rinse off in our outdoor shower, stroll along the shore at sunset, and enjoy barbecuing on the patio. We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC in each room, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes. All rooms are equipped with a king size beds with linens and pillows except for the master bedroom it has a lush cal king size bed. Three of the four rooms are equipped with attached full size bathrooms all newly remodeled fully equipped with essentials with a half bath down stairs near the family rooms and fully stocked kitchen. It has private entrance with front door and back door ( little backyard , open space, share walk way in the back with neighbor). It is a small studio, remodel as our best, total appr 280 sqft .

This unit was completely gutted and redone, so any reviews prior to May 2022 were about the older unit prior to the major remodel.
