Monthly Rentals in Sunset Islands

Very responsive staff, great location, you’re able to walk to most of your surroundings, and right by the beach. We actually got our check out date wrong and they were very accommodating and understanding of the situation. I would definitely recommend checking this place out and I’d come again!

This was the perfect place for us. Two blocks from the beach, near a lot of great restaurants, and a quick walk to our event center for the weekend. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The mini fridge saved our lives more than once. We are very grateful to have found such a perfect place to stay.

This place was beautiful and way nicer than expected. There is beautiful greenery right outside the windows and a nice place to sit outside just outside the door. The apartment was super comfortable with lots of extra nice touches, e.g. a blackout shade in the bedroom in addition to the regular curtains, a really soft blanket in a drawer that I used on the couch, the dishwasher was convenient to use at the end, thermostat was super easy, lots of windows that open, a shampoo dispenser in the shower (less plastic waste for those who care), etc. I also thought the decorations were so pretty - I love the blue/ocean theme. The water facing downtown Miami is also just half a block away. The keypads made it super easy to go do things without worrying about a key. The hosts were really friendly and responded right away to all of my questions, even when I booked last minute in the evening and checked in immediately after (after a snafu at another place), which was *so* helpful.

Everything was great! The location is perfect, super close to South Beach and Ocean Drive, ideal for enjoying the area to the fullest. The host was very attentive throughout the stay, always available to help. Also, the bed was super comfortable, which made the rest total. Definitely recommended!
