We love this place. Claudia was an amazing host. And Mr Vladimir was super helpful. It is a very confortable apartment, great location close to a park to walk. There is a very good pizza restaurant across the street. Quiet neighborhood. We just love it. Looking forward to stay there in our next trip to Barranquilla .

Place with a centrally located, safe, and that allows access to various areas of the city easily, close to markets, shopping mall, and public transportation. The size is adequate and the appliances are working properly. The pool has schedule/day restrictions for use, only the master bedroom has air conditioning. Great place for the price paid. Our group loved the place, we arrived easily with the instructions given by the host. Upon entering we found very friendly people in the building, who collaborated with us at all times. The neighborhood is very nice and cool and close to many places of interest. In the apartment we felt right at home, it is very comfortable and well equipped. The host's attention was always the best. Really that to return to Barranquilla, it will always be our first choice to stay.

This property was large, clean and conveniently located for Carnivale activities. 5 adults had plenty of space. The apartment was spotless although amenities/toiletries were the bare minimum. We appreciated use of the washer/dryer but had to supply our own detergent. No toiletries or spare towels were provided, so we washed our towels as needed and had brought our own toiletries. The hot water in one of the bathrooms is tricky to use and we did not have hot water for showers until we figured it out. The beds were comfortable, linens were clean, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. The host was easily reachable and responsive to concerns. Overall, we had a great stay!

The apartment is located in a very strategic area of the City, a very good stay, a little hard the beds, but the rest is 5 stars, thank you very much.

This apartment is a good value. nice safe apartment complex. lots of other residents with dogs, a few (friendly) stray cats around. you need to have a Rappi account to stay in this neighborhood. Maria was great, always responsive. she had the apartment cleaned once a week.

We really loved this apt. We travel to BAQ once a year to visit family and plan on staying here again. Daniel was great to work with and was very responsive. The apt was great and very cozy and comfortable. Felt like home.

Olga was the most attentive and responsive host, always giving us recommendations and making sure we were feeling right at home. We loved the location and 100% would like to stay there again if we’re back in Barranquilla.

Very well attended by Adiela, always ready to help. Very practical and safe check-in, a little removed from the rest of the city, but located in a very nice residential area with striking architecture. The site is quite clean and with very good amenities for several days of stay and with a good view of the entrance of the city I would come back every time I can stop by Barranquilla.

Nice apartment. Very comfortable

The house is exactly as shown in the pictures: spacious, clean and comfortable. The host was very friendly and attentive, quickly answered all my questions and made us feel at home. The house is perfectly equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and there is private parking, in the same unit there is a small supermarket and fast food restaurants. Overall our stay was great, the house met our expectations and the hostess was excellent.
