Our clean comfortable home is situated in the east valley. Close to restaurants, freeway and shopping. A king bed and double hide-a-bed in living room to accommodate 3 people. Desert Paradise Guesthouse is located behind our home. We are located in North Phoenix with great shopping and restaurants nearby. The casita is private and you will have the whole place to yourself. It is surrounded by a beautiful desert with mountain and city light views. There are biking and hiking trails nearby. Our property is close to 2 highways (I-17 and 101). We are about 25 minutes from downtown Phoenix, 25 min. from Sky Harbor Airport. We are 15 min from North Scottsdale.

Rental includes full kitchen, four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and living room and dining room. Home is not shared with owner or any other guests not in your own party. Plenty of parking for 2 vehicles on our driveway and plenty of street parking also. Garage not included. Security camera outside front door & garage.

Great Arrowhead location, quiet, good neighborhood

This 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath house is in a highly desired area. Its bright and clean and close to everything you'll need. This house has plush furniture and decor. It sleeps 8 with a total of 4 beds, plus a pull-out sofa bed, and 4 large TVs. The kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking and dining needs. It has a large open back yard with firepit, BBQ grill and fruit trees. There are a total of 4 parking spaces in the garage and driveway.

This is a wonderful venue for couples, families, and group gatherings. There are four bedrooms (K, K, Q, F bunk) as well as a hide-a-bed sofa and a futon in the living area. It can sleep up to 14 but sleeps 8 privately. The amenities include cable, Internet,gazebo, private pool, BBQ, wood burning chiminae, and outdoor sound system. Located within 15 minutes of both the AZ Cardinals stadium and the Mariner's/Dodgers spring training facility.
