This is Iizuna Kogen, a quiet villa area located at an altitude of about 1000 m. Newly built in 2022, a simple log house with plenty of wood scent. Just a 10-minute walk will take you to a lot of beautiful scenery. Please take a look at Mt. Iine from the Daisaza Hoshiike. About 3 minutes on foot from the nearest bus stop (Iizuna Higashi Ward)! It is about a 7-minute walk from the next nearest bus stop (Iizuna Kogen). You can also come by public transport. Restaurants such as Mori-no-Eki, Iizuna Soba, Ramen, and hamburgers are within walking distance. About 25 minutes by car from Nagano Station and Zenkoji Temple.About 15 minutes by car to Togakushi Shrine. It is also a great base for golf skiing to Togakushi, Kurohime, and Myoko. You can also use it for hiking on the Togakushi Kodo, Amatomi Trail, and Mt. Iinaga. If you want a hot spring, it is about 15 minutes by car to the Tengu no Yakata at Lake Reisenji. The public bath is about a 5-minute drive to Asoviva (with a discount on bathing fees!). We will lend you a projector and screen for free. Play games on a big screen or watch a movie. This is a house with a superb view overlooking Lake Nojiri. There are several ski slopes (Myoko, Kurohime, and Masao), about 15-20 minutes away, making it a perfect base for winter sports. Enjoy a wood-burning sauna and a stunning water bath. There are no private houses around, so you can also watch music and movies with loud noises. Since it is a house nestled in the mountains, we will do our best to take care of it, but during the warmer months, insects can be seen.It snows a lot in winter.In autumn, the leaves dance. You must also adjust the fire in the wood stove yourself. It's not an easy house to live in, but it's got an incredible view. Enjoy cooking with a kitchen counter with stunning views, condiments, and a cooker.(There is no equipment for BBQ.)

The unique experience at the former Japanese traditional Kimono shop(about 97years old house). This family-friendly and the newly renovated house is located in the very traditional district and the calm but convenience area in Nagano city. The house is authentic and unique as it was a traditional Japanese clothing (Kimono) shop before. You would feel like your own home away from home. 5 minutes walk to the Zenkoji temple and 4 minutes to the bus stop for Togakushi national park.

It’s comfortable enough to stay with minimum facilities and it left the feature of the original building. (One group only for a day) You’ll enjoy to see an apple farm. *If you have small children who can sleep with you, you can make a reservation for 5 people.
