We had a wonderful weekend in the house! The place is Amazing. The house has several rooms, which gave us a lot of comfort and privacy. The playground was a great success with the children, and everyone took advantage of the barbecue space for meals and enjoy good times together. The house offers a perfect environment for bringing family and friends together, and without a doubt, we will come back more often.

Our stay at Janine's was wonderful. The house is large, well airy, with full kitchen, and arrangement of ideal rooms for families. We love that even sun umbrellas and beach chairs were available for use. In an isolated case we need to consult Janine, the answer was in a few minutes. Janine also has a support network if necessary. All of this is provided after the final confirmation of the reservation, very well detailed. I recommend and plan our return!

Marco is a great host, friendly, nice to talk, quiet and fair. At the time of check-in and check-out had the possibility of the flexibility of he adjusted for us. The house is beautiful, beautifully decorated and preserved. Some highlights are the good and quiet air conditioners of the rooms, the high right foot of the amplitude for the whole house. The leisure area has a beautiful and well treated garden with a beautiful lawn by the pool. The 02 refrigerators are also very functional. The bedroom is wc on the ground floor is great for people with limited mobility, as was the case with my parents. We recommend it.

I went with my family and friends, the house is just perfect! Well aired, enooooorme, all rooms with air conditioning, has all the kitchen utensils. A muuuuito house clean and organized. It had clean bed clothes in all the rooms. The swimming pool is a delight, a lot of sunshine that is still hotter still rs. The house is very close to the beach, we love and want to come back!!

We stayed only for a weekend plus we loved the house, everything clean smelly and organized, the place super quiet and calm, the house and according to the announcement and even bigger! beach on the same street of the house, the house and huge and fit enough people. João's reception was amazing , he welcomed us very well, and gave full support to any questions we had, and we were very happy with that, crtz will come back more times! Gratitude! 🥰

Vera's house in Juquehy is the closest you will find to paradise for an awesome beach time experience. The house is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and the kitchen and the dining area are fully equipped (something we value as people who like to cook). The house is close to the beach (a 5 minute walk will do) and the beach service is great. We will definitelly come back anytime soon.

Our experience was simply excellent! The accommodation exceeded all expectations: the place is very well organized, extremely clean, and fully equipped with everything we need for a comfortable stay. You can see that everything has been thought through with great care to offer the best experience possible. In addition to the amazing space, the highlight goes to the host, Mauricio. From the first contact, he was extremely polite, attentive and always available to help with whatever was necessary. Your proactivity and concern to make sure everything was perfect has really made all the difference. All who were with us at the lodging were delighted and came out praising both the space and the attention they received. We will definitely come back for more opportunities. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

Super cozy apartment well located. For those who go to the HIAE or Morumbi Stadium, it is next door. The only difficulty I encountered was checking in. I arrived at night and had to stay on the street with a suitcase and everything until they found my name to release access to the condominium. The entrance is through the registration of the facial and twice I had problems, both at the entrance to the building and the supermarket that is inside the condominium. Outside these unforeseen events, I highly recommend the location.

The apto corresponds to the announcement, Mr. Nelson always responds quickly and helped us in everything, was flexible at check in, the environment was very clean, the kitchen is well equipped, a differential is the TV in the rooms, I loved it. We felt at home, it sure is a place to go back.

Very thankful for providing a home out of home for us. Thanks for some prepared food which helped us after a long flight. The rooms are cozy and comfortable with artist atmosphere. It’s easy to walk to the main avenue and very safe neighborhoods. Great price too! Best wishes to you all!

This was our first experience in the App…And we were glad it all went well.When Fernando always very helpful and answered questions quickly and kindly,demonstrating ready to help. To what is up to the Ap we feel well at home, clean and organized environment,utensil in the basic kitchen but the necessary. The local staff are very attentive/polite. Great location, close to everything I planned to go at this carnival. Can easily walk into quieter events and others with more people at Consolação, Augusta and Centro. Ap well equipped with utensils and some items like salt that helps you not need to buy something that is used so little. Thank you

The ground floor apartment is large and with everything it takes to spend pleasant days. The neighborhood is very polite and the location is close to universities, pharmacy, supermarket (next door) and good restaurants. I certainly intend to return.

An easy-to-find location, Roberio warned me about not having parking but I managed to find a way to leave the car in a spot on the street, right next to the building. Everything was organized and both the checkin and the checkout were quiet.

The town of Carla was a love from the first contact. Super understandable in relation to our needs and always available to respond. The apartment is a cute one! Spacious, well cared for, clean, beautiful, well located. It was very worth it! Thank you!

I spent 10 days feeling at home, I needed time and tranquility to work. Closed balcony with glass, it has a very nice landscape at night for green forest, in front of the building. Flat location, easy walk to the beach, functional building and everything very simple and easy to access. Ricardo was always attentive and proactive, and even managed to get an extra parking space for the weekend, as a courtesy. Flexible check-in and check-out, I definitely recommend it. Amazing. The view is splendid. The apto is too beautiful and super comfortable. The whole area of the apartment we were able to enjoy, swimming pool, space for children... Best place we ever stayed. The Super Gentle Host. We really want to stay two more days, but it's already booked. hahaha Let's go back and recommend it for sure.

Very functional apartment, with the integrated rooms. Mattresses in all very good rooms! Barbecue on the balcony is a differential. Clean apartment. Building provides ice, leisure area note 10. Very close to the beach, 5 minutes walking. I'll be back with my family for sure.

Our stay was excellent. Apartment with a great location, practically 3 blocks of the beach, very clean and organized, enough kitchen utensils for a stay with convenience, we had all the necessary information and we still got bonbons. We will definitely return!

When we arrived the apartment was not clean, as the host had a problem with the cleaning lady, but took the blame and called another cleaning lady to clean the apartment. Arthur was cordial and resolved the disorder. Apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, the beds we use were good and the photos and description match the reality. Very good location for those who want to enjoy the beach and the condominium tbm has a very nice structure. We'll be back! I recommend it!

Super clean and organized apartment. It is literally next to the beach, 3 mins walking (only cross the street). It has several markets, pharmacy and nearby restaurants. There are several options of restaurants for delivery via iFood. The beach is quiet with several drinks/portions kiosks. The building is very nice with large parking. We don't use the sauna or the pool, but we took a look and it looks pretty cool. The tenant Miguel was super helpful and polite. In the apartment there is everything, several beach chairs, umbrella, dishwasher (which facilitates life), a great washing machine, the air conditioning is very cold. I felt at home. In addition, the building is quiet and is 10 mins driving from Riviera de São Lourenco beach. I recommend this hosting with closed eyes. I will definitely stay here again.
