The house is exactly like this in the photos. Everything in the photos and description had in the house until my stay. Kitchen equipped with everything essential. Janine very attentive, excellent host. We had some common setbacks that can happen (washing machine had been damaged the previous weekend, and the provider ended up taking a couple of days to change, there was a leak in the kitchen sink, in the hot part, as it has heated and cold water), but soon after informed Janine and the respendable by the Erivaldo Check-in and Check-out, they have already prepared in the resolution. Indenpendent of the setbacks, the stay was wonderful, the house is really amazing as already pointed out in other evaluations that were a watershed in the decision.

Second time staying at Ederson's estate and like the first time, it was great! Communication is very easy, we will definitely return!

My family and I love spending the weekend at Renata and Marcelo's house. Place with a beautiful view, cozy atmosphere, clean and equipped for a great stay. Receptive hosts and ready to respond to us. Anyway, just gratitude for the happy moments we spent there. I definitely recommend it! Anyway, thank you, for everything and we'll be back soon!

What a beautiful place, it's even more beautiful in person! Lots of greenery, animals like butterflies, birds, dogs, chickens and even kittens. Very quiet and peaceful, we went to escape the noise of the end of the year and it was very good. :) I read the tips in the reviews of other guests and it helped a lot. I took a pocket knife, we walked to Spani (but we came back by Uber with the groceries hahaha), we went to thrift stores, we walked around the farm and Itaim Park. And the house has absolutely everything we need for cooking, blender, baking pan, frying pan, etc. And Mr. Alê, a dear, said that if you don't have something, just ask and it will be provided. We want to come back more often. ♡

The care that comes with the environment to make guests more comfortable and at home is clear. The location is very quiet well wooded, close to a market that serves the region well. All clean, tidy and in good condition, everything works. Due to great hospitality I plan to return with my family soon for more days of peace and rest.

I thought it was amazing, a perfect house and condo. Edson's house is next to the pool, making it easy for you to keep an eye on my daughters. The very clean and organized space we love the barbecue in the kitchen, man that was so perfect. I highly recommend and hope to return as soon as possible.

Our experience was simply excellent! The accommodation exceeded all expectations: the place is very well organized, extremely clean, and fully equipped with everything we need for a comfortable stay. the house exactly the same as the photos, even more comfortable being there, the upper two rooms have air conditioning, the kitchen has all the necessary utensils, the pool the 4 days we spent and the water temperature was idealz many games in the house for fun, not to mention that it has a very useful outdoor area near the barbecue. Good space to park. The ideal and take off by car to the beaches and supermarket is 5 minutes by car.

We found the apartment clean, without the smell of mold, much like the photos of the listing, accommodated 6 people with peace of mind . Preserved furniture and utensils, additional beach chairs. An easy-to-find location, Roberio warned me about not having parking but I managed to find a way to leave the car in a spot on the street, right next to the building. Everything was organized and both the checkin and the checkout were quiet.

Personnel can trust, images are exactly the same as the environment! The building is perfect since the service, the general cleaning is everything inside! Vanessa's service is fast. The apartment itself is extremely smell and clean. And I loved street safety. it's the night and I felt safe!

ESPETACULAR! Maria Carla and Rodolfo are excellent hosts! Very friendly, lovely people! They were very clear in the information and very flexible regarding the checkout. The house is exactly as the photos show, a cozy place, extremely clean and very well equipped. I was delighted with the whim of all the details. Clean and smelling bed and bath linens. The condominium structure is excellent, my children loved the playground and enjoyed a lot in the heated pool. We only have to thank for the great service. We look forward to returning soon!

We love our stay in this flat! Everything was impeccable: very clean, organized, with a super comfortable space that exceeded our expectations. In the apartment it has a dryer and washing machine, which helped us a lot because it is not necessary to take many pieces (only the ones on the beach). The apartment is at a point close to a mini mall and well-known supermarkets. The price of the products does not change much in relation to my city, so we went with few things. We bought everything there. The location is excellent, with the beach nearby and easy access, which made our days even more enjoyable. The attendance at the concierge — from the moment we arrived, all the staff were extremely polite and attentive. Always friendly, both on the exits and on the beach returns. I spent 10 days feeling at home, I needed time and tranquility to work. Closed balcony with glass, it has a very nice landscape at night for green forest, in front of the building. Flat location, easy walk to the beach, functional building and everything very simple and easy to access. Ricardo was always attentive and proactive, and even managed to get an extra parking space for the weekend, as a courtesy. Flexible check-in and check-out, I definitely recommend it. Very well equipped apartment, with everything you need for stay (airfryer,toaster,sandwich maker,blender,kettle,microwave,coffee maker, washing machine and many other items) You really don't have to worry about a thing ; you have there at the apt. Estadia was excellent, good location, clean decoration, great showers, new pillows, very good condominium structure. Great balcony with barbecue, air conditioning in all rooms We were very pleased with the days we spent in the apt! Sandro served us promptly and warmly whenever we need to speak.

The Condominium is also wonderful. All the time we see employees cleaning the common areas and taking care of the gardens and swimming pools. At night, everything is well lit up. Very functional apartment, with the integrated rooms. Mattresses in all very good rooms! Barbecue on the balcony is a differential. Clean apartment. Building provides ice, leisure area note 10. Very close to the beach, 5 minutes walking. I'll be back with my family for sure.

Our stay was excellent. Apartment with a great location, practically 3 blocks of the beach, very clean and organized, enough kitchen utensils for a stay with convenience, we had all the necessary information and we still got bonbons. We will definitely return!

When we arrived the apartment was not clean, as the host had a problem with the cleaning lady, but took the blame and called another cleaning lady to clean the apartment. Arthur was cordial and resolved the disorder. Apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, the beds we use were good and the photos and description match the reality. Very good location for those who want to enjoy the beach and the condominium tbm has a very nice structure. We'll be back! I recommend it!
