Access to the family garden. 5 min walk to Svedala center which among other things offers grocery store, restaurants, pharmacy and library. In summer, there is an outdoor bath in the resort. Communication - By train: Hyllie 15 min, Malmö C 23 min, Kastrup Airport 47 min, Ystad 29 min, Lund 38 min - By car: Malmö Airport 12 min and Copenhagen Airport 32 min.

Renovated basement level in old house

We welcome guests to the renovated basement level which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is a heating floor, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, coffee maker, microwave, wifi and private entrance through the carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden which has a patio in the corner. As there are stairs down, it is not accessible. It is free street parking but date parking.

Close to the beach, forest, culture, golf courses, birdwatching, and more. The house is used as a guesthouse year-round. It is a well-equipped and relatively new stone house from 2012, situated on the host's property with a view of the courtyard and surrounding fields.
