We live in a lovely brick villa from 1900, where we rent out our basement apartment. The basement is newly renovated and has its own entrance. In the basement, there is a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom. There is underfloor heating throughout the basement. You will stay centrally in Svendborg Vest - with a short distance to the city center, forest and beach. There is free parking in front of the home. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from Svendborg Vest train station and is easy to get to from the highway.

You are close to city life, harbour, cultural life & the very special South Funen nature. The apartment has a small bedroom with a 120 cm bed and a double sofa bed can be made up in the living room. There is a fully equipped kitchen, private entrance, toilet and bath, and there is a small sunny terrace in the courtyard. There is 24-hour free parking on the street, and it is almost always possible to find a space.
