The four other apartments are on the upper floor and have a balcony. The sea view varies slightly depending on the apartment, as you can see in the pictures. The apartment is in a typical Istrian stone house renovated in 2018 and with 3000 square meters of garden and vineyards, convenient to reach the labin center (500m). It has a bedroom with comfortable sofa bed for 2 people, kitchen area, and large bathroom. The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests only. Outside there is a large patio, and barbecue area. Free private parking included.

upon arrival in the spacious free parking, you can use the private entrance through the corridor to your room which is tastefully decorated, on the other side of the corridor is the bathroom with shower and toilet. Smoke-free and no pets are allowed throughout the stay. For a delicious breakfast, aperitif or just relaxing you can stay outside under the patio, where of course you can smoke.
