Incredible house - modern and clean with amazing views. Good base for exploring the surrounding area as well as relaxing by the pool. Short drive to bars/restaurants and shops. Homemade wine and honey were lovely!

Just got home from a fantastic stay at Agim’s place. We were over with 8 family members all different ages to celebrate my mums birthday and everyone absolutely loved the space. The pool area is amazing all the outdoor spaces were. We stayed in the back apartment they are both similar size. All amenties you will need for a long or short stay, the owner and his wife were lovely people the communication was flawless and fast, nothing was too much hassle. Thank you for a great stay if ever we are in Budva we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. We used taxis some nights to get up to the place but a lot of the time we walked it’s a little bit up but more than doable even for elderly

Overall, we are happy with the stay – the price was attractive, and the house was located in a very good location, close to the city, but still in a quiet environment. The views from the property are really impressive. The house was functional, although there was a slight smell of sewage at the top. Unfortunately, the BBQ area was a bit disappointing-is located at the back of the house and was not well-maintained. The wooden sun loungers by the pool were without cushions - making them not very comfortable. The pool is small, but clean and enough for a short relaxation. All in all, the place has potential and good location.

Masa waited for us to arrive, even though we were later than expected. The house is lovely and the pool was a great asset. I would stress for anyone renting this property to trust the map location Goca will send even if the little road looks like someone else’s driveway, the hill to the house is quite steep but worth it! The restaurants in Denovici are excellent and make the climb back up the hill worth it.

Very nice hosts and apartment! Only a short walk from the beach and promenade and literaly two steps to the supermarket. The apartment was very clean and is nicely furnished. There are no shutter or mosquito nets so it gets a little warm in the afternoon but the air conditioning is quite effective.

This villa is amazing, we had a wonderful time and at full occupancy it was not camped at all. Only drawback is the accessibility, you 100% need to drive and the roads have big drops and are quite tight with blind sides and the locals use them as a racing track! The local beach is brilliant, very steep so you need to be relatively young and very fit, I run marathons and worked up a sweat but it is doable for a fit adult it is 4.5km and a large drop and incline. Make sure you stock up as realistically the shops are around 30 -40 mins away, there is a small shop at the beach though for emergency supplies. On the flip side the you are in the mountains, amazing views and pool was fantastic and set-up was perfect so if you are after tranquility it is perfect. Jas is super helpful, great comms and Rosa is lovely although doesn't speak English so use Google translate to Siberian. The comms from Jas is perfect, he even has a video of driving up to the accommodation. Best host ever!

This is the most beautiful place we have ever stayed! We loved having dinner in the house each evening because the views and the huge windows in the main space were stunning. The location was peaceful and private, but still in a spot that was easy to get to other towns from (with a car). Thanks Sally!

Villa Perfetto is a great place to relax away from the more populated areas of Kotor, Tivat, Budva, etc... the swimming is fantastic. All the amenities are there and functional. Large patio umbrellas are great for a day by the water. Underwater lights for night swimming also great. Beds are comfy. Two large bays for cars was a huge plus. Though the area isn't as developed as the big tourist spots, it's a short drive to all of them. I would definitely come back.

Beautiful house in an incredible location. Comfortable beds and well equipped too. Would love to go back. Hosts also lovely and very responsive when we had a problem.

Fantastic house in a beautiful location. Just as described. The children loved the pool. Friendly and welcoming host. Great little shop down the road for essentials. There is lots to do within an easy driving distance.

The Villa was great. Beautiful location. Exactly as shown on the AirB&B site. Christopher was an incredible host, attentive to any and all needs and the perfect tour guide. Would suggest adding a microwave oven to the well designed & upscale appliance kitchen. We would highly recommend.

Just Wow! this place was so perfect for our short stay and we wish we could stay for a week here. The host was very nice and friendly and communication was perfect. As for the property itself, it was so clean and the set up was great for our family. Parking was a value added as it seems many places struggle with parking.

Zeljko was a great guy and made us comfortable as he can. He was nice and kind to us. Welcome gifts were brilliant, view of Kotor Bay seen from balcony and the pool was also brilliant. Unfortunately we couldn't use the pool due to weather conditions, however me and my wife will definitely come again next summer to stay more than this time.

We had a lovely week in Montenegro. The house is well equipped with everything you need. There are even pool towels and bathrobes. The kitchen is quite small, there are only two cooktops but is otherwise well equipped. Overall, the cleanliness was fine. The location is very quiet and secluded, there is a large terrace and a great pool. Sladjana gives great tips and the boat tour with her was well worth it! It takes about 30 minutes to get to the nearest beach, generally a car is needed for activities, etc. Shopping is available in the village.

My family and I, 8 of us, had a fantastic stay in villa Dolaca/ Leona. The most attentive housekeepers, the pool was cleaned throughout the week and we were made to feel welcome. There is a need for a car unless you’re very fit as the vertical hill up to the apartment is probably the highest I’ve driven but we did walk it a couple of times. It was a great location to base yourself to explore the beautiful surrounds of Montenegro. We were very sad to leave. Thanks Amra and team.

It’s a perfect place for rest from the crowds of the city. Warm swimming pool, great balcony view, privacy, better than we expected! We did BBQ, swam, had a great time. We had enough space for 5 of us. Nenad always responded and helped us out with taxi when we wanted to go out. We will be back for sure! Highly recommended!

We spent a week in Sanja's bungalow and felt comfortable right now. The accommodation is very lovingly furnished. The outdoor area is very well maintained and the pool large and clean. From the terrace you have a great view over the bay of Kotor. You definitely need a rental car to get to the accommodation and be mobile from there. The property is 20 minutes away from Tivat Airport. Sanja and her family live right next door and are very helpful. All in all highly recommended!

The place is very close to the beach and very clean. Value for money is very good
