Extra bedding is available on the sofa bed in the living room. There is access to a large garden with fire pit, among other things. The house is located in the middle of Vordingborg, Næstved and Præstø in peaceful and scenic surroundings. Walking distance to the fjord. Close to Svinø beach, Avnø nature center and the Zealand trail. Close to shopping. Entrance to the house is shared with owner.

The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

Right next to the seaside resort of Bandholm is this cozy half-timbered house, which previously belonged to the Knuthenborg estate. Here you can relax with the family and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, including the nearby forest, where wild boars live. The house, built in 1776, exudes the old days in the countryside. At the same time, here are the most sought-after modern amenities (WiFi, heat pump, dishwasher and charging box for the electric car). Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home, which is close to the water (150 m). The house has lots of personality and coziness, as it is regularly used by us as a family. The house is located in a small cottage area in the countryside, where there is a high ceiling. There are plenty of games, both for the garden and in the house that can be used. The house is kept nice and clean, but we can't guarantee that little Peter spider won't stop by when we're not there. There are 6 beds in two rooms and 1 in the living room

Well-equipped, modern and lovely cottage. Close to the fjord with good opportunities for paddleboarding, kayaking and canoeing. Family-friendly house with a large garden that just invites you to have lots of fun and coziness. Cozy Vordingborg, with the Goose Tower nearby. Beach and nature very close. Our lovely cottage was erected and built in 2005, as a family project between two brothers and our respective families. New floors, sanitation, beds and more new furniture in spring 2025. The house consists of 2 small entrances, bright kitchen-all rooms with associated living room, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. There are 5 beds in the home. There's plenty of room in and out. The house has 2 smaller gardens. They are not fenced, but there is a hedge out to the road. There is a large cozy courtyard, with garden furniture and a barbecue.

Can, by agreement, run loose on the whole property. Smoking in the house is not allowed, but must take place outdoors.
