The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

Cozy and central apartment with its own outdoor area.

The apartment is 55 m2 and contains a bedroom, kitchen/living room and bathroom. In the living room, there is a sofa bed that sleeps two and a dining area for four people. The kitchen has an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. The bedroom has a double bunk bed and access to the shared garden. From the bedroom, there is access to the bathroom with double sink, toilet, shower and washing machine. NOTE! Please note that an additional fee is payable for adults number three and four. Children are always free.

Family-friendly house with a large garden that just invites you to have lots of fun and coziness. Cozy Vordingborg, with the Goose Tower nearby. Beach and nature very close. Our lovely cottage was erected and built in 2005, as a family project between two brothers and our respective families. New floors, sanitation, beds and more new furniture in spring 2025. Lille hyggeligt gæstehus på 30 kvm. Huset har eget køkken og bad. Lille soveværelse med lille dobbeltseng. Stue med spiseplads og sofa. Der er mulighed for ekstra opredning til 2 personer på sovesofa i stuen. Der er adgang til stor have med bl.a. bålplads. Huset ligger midt imellem Vordingborg, Næstved og Præstø i fredelige og naturskønne omgivelser. Gåafstand til fjord. Tæt på Svinø strand, Avnø naturcenter og sjællandsleden. Tæt på indkøbsmulighed. Indgang til huset deles med ejer.

Relax with the whole family in a peaceful cottage in a beautiful natural area. The cottage is cozy with an open kitchen, a wood-burning stove, large panoramic windows, a bathroom and two bedrooms. The outdoor area consists of two lovely terraces with garden furniture and barbecue. The children can play with swings, sandpit or ball games on the large lawn. Child-friendly Svinø Strand is a stone's throw from the cottage. We ask that our guests bring their own bed linen and towels.

Herfra kan du nemt besøge Danmarks Borgcenter og Gåsetårnet, høre koncerter på STARS, opleve teater i Pavillon K, spise på byens restauranter, tage i svømmehallen og meget mere - og både skov og strand er inden for rimelig gå- og cykelafstand.
