Die Wohnung befindet sich zurückversetzt im Hof/Garten bzw. am Lech und komplett im 1. Obergeschoss.Über den Lech genießt man einen romantischen Blick auf das ehemalige Kloster St.Mang und das Hohe Schloss zu Füssen. Einkaufen, Bummeln, Essengehen... ohne Verkehrsmittel möglich.

Stock unseres Einfamilienhauses, was am Ortsrand und sehr ruhig gelegen ist.  In der geräumigen Küche befindet sich ein Tisch mit 2 Bänken, Herd, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kaffeefiltermaschine. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Dusche sowie Badewanne ausgestattet. Toilette ist separat.  Im Schlafzimmer ist 1 Doppelbett (1,80m) und genug Fläche für ein Babybett. Im Wohnzimmer ist eine gemütliche Sitzgruppe und noch ein Französisches Bett (1,40m).

Das Häuschen wurde vor 2 Jahren komplett neu renoviert und befindet sich im idyllischen Schnürpflingen. Sehr privat mit separatem Eingang. Eine kleine Terrasse befindet sich hinter dem Häuschen. Es ist ein kleiner Badesee in der Nähe und große Wälder mit vielen Wald-und Wanderwegen. Ein Bäcker und ein Getränkemarkt ist in der Nähe und gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Der nächste Supermarkt ist 3km entfernt.
