‘Fancy Like’ - Dog Friendly (no kids please)

I have converted my downstairs bonus room into a comfortable private living space. Guests have their own entry door from the outside. I live on a deep water canal with boat dock, and am 1/2 mile from the local boat ramp. You may use the dock space and there is plenty of room to park your trailer or boat and trailer. Storage space for hunting and fishing equipment too! Guests have their own private bath, and kitchen AREA with coffee maker, mini fridge, and microwave. No kitchen sink or range.

Enjoy the pleasant living space with amenities like WiFi, a washing machine, dryer, AC, and heating. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer for your convenience. It offers on-site access to the Pungo River and Intracoastal Waterway. Sip your morning coffee on the deck or patio, then utilize the private boat ramp and head out on the water. Following your outdoor adventure, gather around the fire pit for s’mores and relish a beautiful sunset.

Centrally located 10 mins from Lake Mattamuskeet, 5 mins from Ferry Station to Ocracoke Island, 1 hr to OBX. Perfect for hunters, fishermen, birding and families looking for a comfortable place to relax with a spacious, fully stocked kitchen and pantry. Stop for a few nights on the way to OBX or to catch the ferry. Dogs are NOT allowed any longer, but message me requests and I may consider pets outside or in enclosed porch with PRIOR approval and guidelines.
