Three minutes from the Quayside and high street, the Hideaway offers the perfect bolthole. Tucked down a side passage in the heart of old Falmouth. It was historically part of a Mariner's cottage with low ceilings, slate floors and original ships' timbers. With its own private accommodation and parking The Hideaway is wonderfully situated. Gylly beach is a 10 mins walk away and there are waterside cafes, pubs and restaurants on your doorstep ...or relax in your own private courtyard garden.

Oysters is a two bedroomed modern apartment at Swanpool Falmouth. Swanpool Beach with it's popular water-sports is 500 metres away. The coastal path which offers walkers spectacular views is always a draw. As is Swanpool Lake which is a site of special scientific interest, (SSSI) which is within a leisurely stroll. There are excellent restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance, Gylly Café and Hooked on the Rocks being many peoples favourites. We live in Swanpool should you need us.

Situated on the route of the South West Coast path and in a fabulous central and level location you will be ensured a comfortable stay in the Lower Deck; a large self-contained basement apartment within a historical Grade II listed property. The Maritime Museum in Events Square and the town with its numerous shops bars and restaurants are a 5 minute walk away. The beaches are a mere 10 minutes in the other direction. Fully private, the downstairs area of the house contains a cosy bedroom with a comfortable double bed, plenty of space for your suitcases in a generous walk-in closet and an en-suite shower bathroom. Large double doors lead to a private outdoors area. Enjoy the light-drenched open plan living and kitchen area upstairs with its high ceilings and a small balcony to let in this fresh Cornish sea air.

Swanpool Beach and the South West Coast Path are just an 8 min walk away. The famous 'Gylly' Beach and Falmouth are a further 15 mins along the coastal path.

Part of a recently refurbished family home comes our modern studio annex. The annex embodies a compact but clever use of space and contains king sized bed, kitchenette area, table & chairs, TV and bathroom. There is also a table & chairs outside which is south facing. We live 5 and 10 mins walk to Gyllyngvase and Swanpool beaches and 20 mins walk into Falmouth town. Our neighbourhood is quiet, safe and mature with ample street parking.

The Garden Annexe

A two-storey separate annexe with double bedroom and bathroom on the first floor and sitting room, breakfast area and cloakroom on the ground floor. Private off-road parking and shared rear entrance (with the owners). Located in the heart of Falmouth, the beaches, town centre and harbour are all within a 15 minute walk. Cooked breakfast is not available; however, a continental breakfast selection is provided.
