We stayed here twice and absolutely loved it both times! The apartment is cozy, super clean, and has everything you need. Aleksandra is incredibly kind and thoughtful — she even left us homemade treats and little surprises. And her pets are adorable! Felt like home. Highly recommended!

We had a very nice stay at the place. There are plenty of bedrooms, perfect for a large group! One of the three bathrooms is outside the house, so there were sometimes short waits for the remaining two bathrooms. The sauna, hot tub and game room are really great. There are many opportunities for activities. In the game room, some things were worn out, so you couldn't use everything. The firewood for the sauna and pool was not completely dry, so we had difficulty heating it up. It took longer, but when it worked out, it was wonderful! Finally, it should only be noted that the check-out time is quite early. Overall, our stay was super nice and we will be happy to come back to the lovingly furnished house.😊

We stayed at Aleksandra's place as a family and spent a few very nice days there. The house is with its location, right on the national park, is a good starting point for hikes in the area. Aleksandra has put together a lot of helpful tips here. The house also left nothing to be desired, very well equipped - we were happy to use the barbecue and fire bowl. Aleksandra was always available to us. Thanks for the wonderful time!

Perfect marvellous place in an awesome location. Just a great way to escape everyday life and enjoy the exclusiveness. The place has all you need a pool a sauna a volleyball court a bbq. It is just perfect and absolutely worth visiting again. Including a perfect host. Thank you very much for having us:)

We were there with 12 people and had a great time. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were cozy, the amenities were as described. No neighbors are adjacent to the back of the house, so you could listen to music there without disturbing anyone. We recommend the place!

Highly recommend! Very spacious and well-maintained home with lots of amenities for guests. Quiet neighborhood, but close to the city at the same time. A lovely host who responds quickly to questions and is always here to help. Again, I recommend it.

Great place to stay,lovely quiet area. Everything you needed was available in the house,everything very clean. Far from the crowds and yet Within 25 minutes ,right on the Baltic Sea. Pure relaxation. Communication 1A! We would stop here again right away. Best regards and keep it up

We rented the house over Easter with a group of friends and had a fantastic time! The hosts were incredibly friendly and always reachable if we needed anything. The house itself is really adorable, everything is made of wood, super new and very well maintained. The garden is also beautiful, with a great terrace, a big garden and a barbecue area. Especially great was that the host, Malgorzata, provided us with everything for the kids, so they had a great time too. The location of the house is very quiet and the nature in the area is simply fantastic. You can walk to a really wild beach by walking through a beautiful forest. In the area we even saw deer, wild boars and foxes! We highly recommend this place and would love to come back anytime. Thank you for the great hospitality!

We had a very nice stay in Swinemünde! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was super nice, very helpful and communication went smoothly. We felt completely comfortable and would come back any time. Absolutely recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was really a wonderful stay. Very quiet, but exactly what we wanted. The forest in which the accommodation is located was heavenly and it took less than 15 minutes to walk to the sea. The beach there was super nice and very clean. It was a great time Thanks

Everything was good. House very new and clean.

We are not in this apartment for the first time and therefore keep coming back because we find the accommodation top for our needs, because the communication with Dan works best, because it is very central, an underground parking space belongs to the apartment, because the apartment has a good standard and last but not least, because Dan leaves us the apartment even though we have a dog and he actually does not rent with dog, but we vacuum and wipe every day because we are grateful that he continues to rent to us despite the dog. Dan has a great apartment and is a great landlord. 👍We will be happy to come back next year. Dan can reserve the last days in August and early September for us. 👍❤️

We were in Edytas apartment out of season. Accordingly, it was very quiet on the Baltic Sea and in the entire building. The apartment is very nicely decorated and super clean. We felt extremely comfortable immediately upon entering for the first time. The apartment is 1:1 as described and offers a beautiful sea view. The associated parking space in the underground garage is also a plus. Everything is available in the apartment to have a few nice days at the Baltic Sea. Communication with Edyta was excellent and very pleasant. We thank you very much for the hospitality and the beautiful apartment. We will be happy to come back! ☺️

Have been there for the 2nd time and completely satisfied again. Like last time very clean and super equipped Beautiful living room, great kitchen and very good bathroom with toilet. Will consider it again, we should come to Swinemünde. Very close promenade with restaurants and to the very nice sandy beach.

It was great :) The apartment is clean and well maintained and well equipped. You are super fast at the beach, which is not crowded at all (March). The only small flaw: The walls are very thin, so you can hear the neighbors.

Everything was fine. We had a few very nice, relaxing days. Having a sauna in the apartment is really nice, unfortunately it was too warm for the fireplace;). The contact with Constance was quick and very nice. We will be happy to come back. Best regards from Markus and Ulli

We were very satisfied. A very nice apartment right on the Baltic Sea. I can definitely recommend it. We would definitely come back again. :)

The apartment is as described. Close to the beach and also to the train station. A shaded parking space for the car is available. Great excursions can be started on foot, by bike, by car and also by train as the place is very centrally located on the island. We felt very comfortable.

We were very warmly welcomed by Ms. Lange and were able to feel right at home after an introduction to the special features of the apartment. It becomes clear that the maintenance and cleanliness of the accommodation are of great importance. The kitchen is really excellently equipped and otherwise everything you could ever need is in the apartment. The location is quiet and you can walk to the beach in no more than two minutes. The train station is also less than a 10-minute walk away and the bus runs in front of the house. There are shops in Ahlbeck - you can get here by bus within a few minutes, or you can walk. The apartment thus proved to be an ideal starting point for our activities. In the apartment, there is also a box available, with all kinds of information and programs, to suggest leisure activities. If we have any questions or “special requests,” the hosts Lange are quickly accessible and extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you!

There is not much to say about the accommodation and the landlord everything is perfect. The location is very good, walking 10 min to the beach 👍 Apartment fantastically beautiful. We will be happy to come back. 🌄

We stayed in the apartment for the second time and this time especially enjoyed the cozy atmosphere in the apartment, with great evening sky, lots of wood in the decor and color-dimmable mood lighting. In the large, fortunately not too soft bed we could sleep sleep very well. The view from the bedroom is impressive, over the south balcony to the Achterwasser is impressive. In the cornered, bright living room there are various areas, so that families with children also have plenty of space. We liked to cook in the small but practical kitchen and sometimes baked, from high-quality pots to the waffle iron, everything is available. We've never had such a good TV in an apartment and sound system with Netflix and AppleTV. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Also in the bathroom with detergent for the Miele, shower gel, shampoo all organic! Thanks to the hosts Christina and Stefan, who personally prepare everything so lovingly. Maria and Helmuth

We had a lovely 5 days in Katharina's apartment. The apartment is charmingly decorated and we didn't lack anything. The location is nice and quiet, the beach can be reached on foot in a few minutes and by car it is not far to the shopping. The Karls Erdbeerhof is only 4 minutes away, we didn't know before arrival and were there twice:D Unfortunately, the pool was a little too cold for our kids and the beach chair out of season unfortunately not yet there (which was already communicated to us before). All in all, we were still able to relax and would choose Katharina's apartment again on our next Usedom visit:D
