We enjoyed this lovely, peaceful home. Being a historical home brought a touch of charm to it all. It was well equipped and very clean and uncluttered. The Wifi worked well and we were able to keep connected with family and friends, We loved the little town of Buena Vista and the ability to walk around and find some interesting, delightful places to drop in for coffee or have a lovely meal.

Awesome home in a great location on the lake. The upper level on the dock is a huge plus.

The Turner House and property are absolutely beautiful—a true peaceful getaway spot. We met my parents here to avoid a severe weather threat in our state and stumbled upon a gem! Emily is a fantastic host—friendly, quick to respond, and accommodating. We were especially grateful that dogs are welcome. One of the many perks was stargazing under the clear skies and having cows as our neighbor! We enjoyed sitting on the back porch and soaking in the tranquil farm atmosphere. The house itself is clean and has that warm touch that makes you feel like home. As a side note there are two towns roughly 15 miles away (give or take) if you need groceries or want to grab a bite to eat. As a bonus, Emily provides a coffee maker with coffee (thank you for that!). We’ve already booked our second trip and can’t wait for another family gathering at the Turner House!

It’s is absolutely our favorite place to stay. It’s cozy, comfortable and peaceful! It a great location, Michael is so easy to communicate with. We will always stay here if it’s available. Truly a beautiful space to enjoy, it’s our home away from home!

This was a spur of the moment stay and Kyle was quick to respond and accommodate. The home was comfortable, well maintained and very private. Loved walking a few trails, sipping coffee on the front porch in the comfortable rocking chairs. Wish we could have stayed longer and enjoy your hospitality! We'll definitely be back when in the area.

In person, Eileen’s place was better than the pictures. It was indeed cozy and the beds were very comfortable.

This 4 bedroom home is spacious and sparkling. Lacishia is a very responsive host and everything in the home was as pictured. Beds are super comfortable and kitchen and bathroom amenities were plentiful. Great location for visiting the Valdosta area.

House is as described in listing. Everything was clean and plenty of linens. Good selection of kitchen utensils and cookware. Very peaceful and private, great after a days work. Instructions on access were clear and easy to follow. Had a couple of issues with appliances which can happen. Host was responsive and other issues didnt hamper things much at all.
