Lovely, large summer cottage with an indoor sauna and an activity room. The vacation home measures 150 m² and was built in 2020. The vacation home is located on a 1,260-m² garden property. It is 1000 meters to the sea and lovely beach. The nearest store is located 2,500 metres away. The price is excl. electricity and water consumption. Electricity price: DKK 5 per kWh. Price for water: DKK 90 per m3 The house is fully heated with underfloor heating. No rental to youth groups, where everyone is 15-25 years old.

The Garden House

Visit one of Denmark's most popular islands and stay in a luxurious half-timbering house with an impressive fireplace. The house is hidden in one of the old gardens in the center of Ærøskøbing, 2 minutes walk from the ferry. Surrounded by your own quiet garden with two private terrasses. The spacious 40 sqm house is renovated with modern comfort. NOTE: From June 1st to September 1st, Ærøskøbing is closed to cars. You can park two minutes from the house – free of charge and without time limit.

Da huset er fra 1800-tallet, har det bevaret sin originale charme – herunder en lidt lavere loftshøjde end moderne byggeri. Gæster over 180 cm bør være opmærksomme på dette.

You'll take a hot bath in the woods, gaze into the fire pit, wake up to the sound of the birds, drink your coffee next to a deer - all while using high-speed WiFi for your favourite Netflix show in the cozy queen size bed. With love, we made sure to use the space most efficiently to create the best experience for you. *Heated and warm in winter 🙂

Enjoy the sea as well as the city in this town-house from 1856, located in the centre of idyllic Faaborg with its cafes, restaurants and grocery stores. Less than 200 meters from the harbour bath (with sauna), the picturesque old harbour, the ferries to the islands, and the promenade along the sea. The Hyggelei (electricity included!)

In the summer of 2021, our second vacation home was completed. Once again, we have done everything to furnish the house both stylishly and in a child-friendly way. Children will find plenty of toys here and from winter 2021 the garden will offer a variety of play options such as swing, trampoline and soccer goals. We have put a lot of effort into the decor and hope that you like it.
