From the highest balcony of the Hanseatenhaus, you can look far beyond the rooftops to the sea, as our apartment is located at an airy height on the top floor. Everything you need, train station, supermarket, bakery and Co., is very close - this of course also applies to the beach! (5-minute walk) All additional costs such as booking fees, linens, towels and final cleaning are included in the price.

The fantastic apartment, over 90 m², can accommodate five people. It has a double bedroom with TV and adjoining shower room, as well as two cozy single bedrooms, one of which can be used as a double bedroom with pull-out bed. A private shower room is also available for this purpose. An open, fully equipped kitchen-living room with two patio doors makes the apartment a summer dream. The terrace can only be used by you in the morning, noon and evening sun.

The apartment can accommodate 4 people. There is a bedroom with two beds and a sofa bed 1.40 x 2.00 m in the living room for 2 people. The small garden can be reached via the terrace. In the kitchen there is a stove, oven/microwave, Senseo coffee maker. The property is about 3 km from Westerland and the beach. However, these can be reached quickly and free of charge by bus. There is a bicycle rental nearby and there are various shopping opportunities.

We have recently renovated our captain's house Boysen, an old Sylt captain's house dating back to 1784, with a lot of love for detail. In the stylishly furnished 3-room Maisonette apartment with an attic can accommodate four people in approx. 90 square meters. The two cozy bedrooms each have a double bed (180 cm or 140 cm wide).
