The villa is suitable for six people but can accommodate two additional guests.

It is only a 5 minute walk from an almost private beach and a 15 minute walk from an organised beach where you can find mini markets and restaurants. 7 km far from the downtown. A splendid house decorated creatively, 7 km from the center of Ermoupolis. It has a magnificent view of Fabrica Bay. It's a five-minute walk to a deserted beach and a 15-minute walk to the organized beach of Vari. There are taverns and mini-markets.

An old neoclassical two-storey house in the heart of Ermoupolis 100 meters from the port, with a rooftop terrace and spectacular views of the historic port of Syros. It was renovated in 2021. On the first floor it has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, small living room with library, central living room with traditional marble balcony, wc. On the second floor there are two bedrooms , a master bathroom and a terrace overlooking the harbour.

Within 700 meters is the organized beach of Vari where one can find various café-bars and restaurants. The cosmopolitan Hermoupolis and its port are just 5km away and the airport of Syros 3km away.
