The location is in a quiet place, but Syros' beaches and lively town Ermoupoli are easily accessible by a short car drive. It's also a nice starting point for hiking. The villa is suitable for six people but can accommodate two additional guests.

It is only a 5 minute walk from an almost private beach and a 15 minute walk from an organised beach where you can find mini markets and restaurants. 7 km far from the downtown. A splendid house decorated creatively, 7 km from the center of Ermoupolis. It has a magnificent view of Fabrica Bay. It's a five-minute walk to a deserted beach and a 15-minute walk to the organized beach of Vari. There are taverns and mini-markets.
