Great place to stay and very welcoming. Mrs. Maria greeted us and explained everything to us and even jumped in with extra help when we needed to.

This house is simply beautiful & we had a fantastic 10 nights here with my partner and our two children (ages 13 & 6) in August 2024. We absolutely loved how beautifully presented the house was and the attention to detail from the host Monika & Varan was unforgettable. The decor was spectacular We would have loved air conditioning both upstairs and downstairs (it is currently downstairs only) but the fans upstairs did help with the hot nights. The privacy of the place is priceless and it’s proximity to nearby town Bjelovar (approx 8-10 mins by car) is incredibly handy for groceries and delicious restaurants. We absolutely loved lazing by the pool , looking over the enormous garden that the house has and surrounded by nature. It’s simply a beautiful place. Wonderful place for relaxing weekend in nature! The house was well equipped with everything you can think of. Even though we could t meet Agnes in person, she provided clear instructions and local recommendations. We were a bit uncomfortable with the forest bugs due to spring time but it didn’t make our vacation any worse.

It was a very pleasant experience. The place was clean, well-decorated, and had all the necessary equipment. The neighborhood is quiet and ideal for relaxing, but the city is also easily accessible. Communication went smoothly and the host was helpful. Overall, we were satisfied, I highly recommend it to others.

We booked the cottage to relax over New Year's Eve. It is so beautifully located away in the vineyard as shown in the pictures, everything in the house was as described and shown in the pictures. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need. We lacked nothing. The only thing was the wifi that probably worked but we couldn't log in. No matter why. But it wasn't an issue for us and it wasn't wild. If we had insisted, Vesna would have had a solution ready. Communication with Vesna the landlady was possible at any time, fast and straightforward. We enjoyed our stay and left well recovered again. The location is great if you want to get a taste of the adjacent countries. 25 km and you are back in Austria, Hungary or Croatia. Can only recommend the cottage.

We had a great weekend getaway at lake balaton in this tastefully furnished, functional and spaceaus house. The surroundings are beautiful and there are great vinyards and restaurants just around the corner. I can without a doubt recommend the location to anyone.
