I recommend it to those who want to stay in Cabedelo or Areia Vermelha.

Your João's apartment is very reliable with the listing. Extremely clean, comfortable, with all the utensils needed for a short or long stay (in this case, mine). Very well located, a block from the beach, close to bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, that is, you can do everything on foot with a few steps. Detail: the best restaurants in the city are super close by. Mr. João was super attentive with us. When we arrived, we found a problem in the apartment (the hygienic showers were leaking, a natural thing of use and especially in a beach setting). Even on a Sunday, Mr. João was able to schedule maintenance for the morning of the following day, and as planned, everything was resolved quickly. He always contacted us to find out about our stay, if we were in need of anything. I strongly recommend Mr. João. Quiet building, no noises, 24h concierge, that is, all good for a very restful stay in JP!!!!

Mr. Jordão was extremely attentive, solicited and patient with me and my family. The house is very good and well-equipped. The negative point of the stay ended up with me that I didn't notice the open gate at an exit from the condominium, which ended up generating some discomfort for the neighbors. But Mr. Jordão maneuvered the situation brilliantly warning me and calmed the condominium staff. I returned as quickly as I could to repair my misunderstanding. Outside to that was all very quiet. Emílio's house is organized, clean and cozy. We felt at home, our stay was quiet, some nearby streets have a beach, bakery, markets and the like. We were well received, Emílio and Fernanda always on hand to give us feedback, they were very fun days. The house corresponds to the photos, and the descriptions exactly as they are. My stay at Maria Laís' house was great. The house is very complete, only in the kitchen what I missed was an oven to bake, on my menu I had the day of the esfiha and I couldn't do it hahahah, otherwise everything was right. Thank you.

We had a wonderful experience at Ricardo's apartment. During our stay the neighborhood was extremely quiet, so we had no problem with noise or any other kind of discomfort. The apartment fully corresponds to the description made by Ricardo, has a wonderful view, excellent leisure area with restaurant options, supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, beauty salon, etc., very close, a few minutes' walk. Ricardo promptly responded to us, extremely polite and cordial and offered us tips on amenities to facilitate our stay. The doormen were very polite to us. I highly recommend it!

We were in two couples. The 2 bedrooms are great. It has even in the lounge. The flat is new. Well-equipped. We like everything. We would be back for sure. I have only one suggestion, it would be cool if there were glasses in addition to the glasses in the kitchen. Thank you so much for your stay.
