Clean, stylish and cosy house. Great location.

I stayed here with my mom, and we both loved it! The apartment is the perfect place for skiing and relaxing. It was spotlessly clean, very quiet, and had an amazing view of the forest from the window – so many trees and such fresh, clean air! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the bathroom was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of shampoos and other essentials. What I loved the most was the location – it’s so convenient, just steps away from the ski lifts! We were really happy with our stay – the perfect balance of price and quality. Highly recommend!

This place is my favorite in Bakuriani. The view is stunning, the apartment is spotless, and the hosts are incredibly communicative.

one of the best houses we have ever been to. 20 meters from grocery store, 5 min walk to center. 5 min drive to ski slopes. it has parking. i repeat PARKING, which is worth the gold in bakuriani. 4 individual bedrooms with its own bathrooms. fireplace, great lounge area. well equiped kitchen. if you are big group of friends you will never be able to find anything that can beat this house. host is very helpful and responsive, with great attitude and with charming vibe. all in all it was worty evert single penny we did pay

Great house, very cozy and comfortable, equipped with everything you need. Crystal slope is 4 minutes by car, there is a large parking lot. There is a restaurant nearby. The house itself is warm, beautiful, there is a working fireplace. We were in January, stayed for a week, we liked everything. Good internet, we worked remotely.

Keti's Apartments offer a perfect stay for a ski trip—cozy, clean, and well-maintained. The location is excellent, with direct access to Rooms Hotel and its restaurant, making dining convenient. Plus, it's a true ski-in/ski-out spot, right next to the chairlift for easy access to the slopes. Highly recommended!

This was our third trip to Georgia in 2024, but our inaugural visit to Bakuriani. Bakuriani captivated us with its beauty, offering a unique blend of autumn ambiance, chilly weather, rain, and snowfall all within three days. Conveniently located near a dog park, we enjoyed a delightful day mingling with horses and huskies. Our host was exceptionally gracious, accommodating us on short notice with a warm welcome. For our safety, he thoughtfully installed cameras in the front and back yards. A heartfelt thank you to our host!
