Pros: space is beautifully decorated it, has plenty of light and space. It has a nice backyard and cleaning supplies are plenty. Cons: address as posted in Airb&b is not accurate. Make sure to request the location from the host. I drive to 2 different locations prior to be able to get the pin location from host.

The hacienda is very nice, has beautiful gardens, it is just like the photos, very quiet and the hosts are super friendly. 100% recommended the accommodation, we hope to return!

We booked the house for a family Christmas and New Year’s vacation. Mary’s house was the perfect fit. She made us feel right at home. We had the greatest time thank you very much to Mary.

Everything was as expected and the friendliness and hospitality were next to none. Everything Karen and Samuel did from offering breakfast service to making us feel at home was more than we could have asked for. However, there are a few things to keep in mind that are just quirks of being in the boonies: the reception is spotty at best inside the house due to the construction materials, and the WiFi is mostly unavailable and slow due to being in the mountains (don’t expect to get anything done, just enjoy the views and seclusion this place offers), Uber/DiDi/Cabify are nearly impossible to get after dark if you want to leave and people are hesitant to take you back (tell the driver they won’t have to pay the toll on the way back from Chia), and lastly there is no hot water (particularly if you’re coming from the US technically hot by Colombian standards). Stay here if you want to unplug, enjoy nature, and take cold(er than expected) showers.

It is a very nice, comfortable and very well endowed house. It's cozy and the atmosphere is warm and doesn't feel cold despite the outside temperatures. We would definitely stay there again.

I hesitated to book this hacienda for the comments on the state of the facilities, but the photo of the waterfall convinced me. And what a good decision! Despite being a rustic place, natural beauty and tranquility make up for any small discomfort. Check-in is easy following the directions, although I recommend a tall cart. Yes, there is animal excrement, little and logical to be a hacienda. The lack of internet and signal is perfect to disconnect and enjoy nature. Don Eduardo is very friendly and the facilities, although basic, are functional. The fireplace is great for cold nights, so I recommend ordering firewood in advance. The waterfall is wonderful and the natural hydrotherapy is revitalizing. It is important to bring everything you need as there are no shops nearby. In short, it is a place to reconnect with nature and escape the hustle and bustle of the city. Thank you to the owners for preserving nature and sharing it. God bless them.

From the moment we booked, the treatment was kind, attentive and empathetic. The place is simply beautiful - a rustic chapel designed for a dreamy stay, surrounded by nature and birdsong. Despite the rainy days, the site welcomed us in an incredible way, giving us a perfect environment to find peace and tranquility. The jacuzzi was the best, with a spectacular view of the trees, creating a unique and relaxing experience. In addition, the staff was always looking out for us, responding quickly to any requests. We will definitely go back to this wonderful place! And if you're thinking of visiting. Don't hesitate!

A place to disconnect and enjoy nature! The tranquility and views are unparalleled, perfect for rest and relaxation. Access is remote, as it is 20 minutes away in a 4x4. Juan was an excellent host, very friendly and attentive to our needs. If you are looking for peace and a connection with nature, this is the perfect place. I would definitely recommend it for those who want to get away from the noise and enjoy the calm. Tip: It's important to plan well, as there are no restaurants or services nearby, but it's worth it for the experience.

Great location, very quiet, with an exceptional view on the La Vega valley and the surrounding mountains. We enjoyed the house for the week end for a family gathering. Very clean and comfortable bedrooms, lounge and kitchen, great heated pool and bbq. Great service as well, thanks to Ricardo, Amanda y Flor.

A very quiet place, ideal to get away from the routine surrounded by nature. We loved the time we were there.

Excellent place to rest and have a nice time, the house is exactly as in the photos and David was very attentive to our arrival, departure and questions we had, to get there it is very easy, Google sent us for a uncovered, but by Tabio you can enter by paved way the entire route.

Happiness glamping! The best hosts, a beautiful, loving, peaceful space far from the noise of the world! Highly recommended!
