I unfortunately had to cancel my trip at the very last minute due to my daughter’s health, but I cannot thank Mr. Khalid and Azziz enough for their kindness and understanding during such a difficult time. They showed incredible empathy and support, going above and beyond by fully refunding my booking without hesitation. Their communication throughout was excellent – clear, prompt, and reassuring. It’s rare to find hosts who are not only professional but also genuinely compassionate. While I wasn’t able to stay at the property this time, their exemplary service has left a lasting impression. The place is quiet inside a farm for those who love to relax and the surrounding nature is beautiful. It is also characterized by the presence of some pet animals on the farm as well as beautiful species of wild birds in the adjacent mountain, such as the beard bird. It was a very good stay.
