They made sure the place was welcoming and smelled good. Decor was modern and everything looked exactly how it is in the pictures. Their caretaker was very attentive, friendly, and respectful. The pool was very inviting to kids and adults alike. I only wish they took the time to fix the kitchen sink faucet. Also, for some reason we thought there were 8 bunk beds in each of the 2 rooms. Instead it’s 4 double sized bunk beds each. Nevertheless, all beds were comfortable. We had to request for additional pillows, blankets, and towels. Which the caretaker readily provided. Overall my entire family enjoyed our stay and wished we had another day.

Very nice place!! The hosts are very friendly and tentative. They helped out my family on everything they needed and were very helpful. Awesome place to rent if you have a big party/family.

The rooms are very clean and well designed. They have kitchen, swimming pool, karaoke and other useful amenities. The location is 10 minutes away from Bag of Beans Main Branch.

Robert was very quick to respond to my queries. Upon check-in, the staff were very courteous. They assisted us every step of the way. The manager on the other hand was also gracious when it came to our requests. The place was big, and the pool and rooms are exactly what you see in the picture. The place itself is picturesque and it’s advisable for big groups/family outings. I had a great birthday celebration/surprise engagement party here! Will never forget this awesome experience at Montvida. ♥️

This place is absolutely stunning! It’s a modern space in the middle of peaceful nature. The rooms were new, beautiful, clean and picturesque. Everything looked like the photos and even better! We hired our own cooking services (2 cooks and an assistant) from Casa Navarro Catering and it was the best! We will definitely come back and book again. Highly recommended!

Treated my whole family on a grand reunion for the first time @ Johnny’s hammock. The place was very clean, equipped with toiletries, beddings, and kitchenwares. Caretakers we’re very nice, attentive and friendly. Will definitely recommend the place and will be using the place again.

The place is beautiful, especially the rooms and bathrooms. Every corner is a spot for good photos. All the equipment is complete and clean. The kids and adults enjoyed the swimming pool and the effect is beautiful at night. It was worth what we paid. The caretakers are also very kind. You can recommend the place to others because it is so beautiful.

Beautiful home and gracious hosts. Their caretaker, Hazel, was also very helpful and friendly. For an additional fee she can prepare meals for the group, which we availed. There was a lot of space for our group of 17 pax. The place was also clean and well maintained.

My family loved the place especially the pool. The water of the pool was not that cold that time. The place seems under renovation, so it needs more cleaning and there are some cigarette butts on the shower area of the pool. Some of the furniture needs to be replaced or fixed, especially the sofa. But overall, we had a great time staying at Tara’s place. Tara is very responsive and helpful :)

We had a great stay in Casa Farinas. The place is super clean and all the furnitures are of great quality. The pool was clean despite it being in the middle of a farm. The ambiance was super relaxing as you can hear birds and crickets around. We were able to do an early morning walk as well and the place seemed secured and peaceful. The place was cool at night and the bonfire was really nice to have as we had a smores nightcap. If theres one area to improve its probably just adding an AC for the living area as it got really hot in the afternoon. And maybe also add more towels per room as there were only a couple per room for 4 people. Lastly the mic was not working. But we did bring our own. Overall, the caretakers were super friendly and super attentive even late at night. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

this was our 2nd time to stay at VC farm. It has many rooms and beds so it can accommodate big group/family. the surroundings is very nice, lots of trees and plants so the place is naturally shady and cody. we enjoyed the infinity pool and the big terrace where we eat our breakfast with a very nice view. Ms.Rona is also responsive to our inquiries and the caretakers are very helpful. overall we really loved this place and we will come back again.

We had a wonderful stay at May’s place. I really appreciate that Miss May go above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. It was indeed a memorable birthday for my son! Place fit with our numbers.. It is clean and quiet, we slept well. Only cons is heater at the ground floor is not working.. otherwise the whole place is great.

It was the perfect spot for a quiet time away with family. The pool was right sized for the group and they had a deep end too! They had complete kitchen tools so we could easily do our cooking. Our stay was perfect and hassle free.

Host was very responsive despite having s rush booking. Easy to talk to regarding clarifications and was flexible for time of checkout. Overall a pleasant and great place to stay in - highly recommend

We stayed for 1 night and it was delightful! We cooked in the very functional kitchen, and stayed in the terrace until the evening enjoying the peace and quiet the place offered. The rooms are nice and and we were all comfortable and slept really well. Will definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you.

This place is very well located. Very near establishments but still peaceful. The place is spacious enough to have activities and play simple sports or games. The internet connection is reliable and fast enough. The TVs are well equipped. The Aircons are cold, heaters warm. I just hoped they had better blankets? 😂 Will definitely recommend and comeback. 👌🏼

Enjoyed our stay at tagaytay pool place. Edmon was very responsive and even JR the caretaker was very helpful sa lahat ng mga request and assistance na need namin. The place is huge and everyone enjoyed the pool. Though malalim sya para a kids. Nagexpect kami ng kiddie pool since nakalagay sya sa description but Edmon was able to explain why hindi sya available. Needs improve siguro yung outlet sa kwarto, mejo mahina yung water sa shower area and sa casita 1 kung saan ako nagstay konting linis pa sa mga sulok sulok and sa cr din mejo minsan may amoy. Pero over all nag enjoy kami, lalo sa videoke. 😅 Will definitely recommend and will go back again.

Our family enjoyed our NYE 2025 in this place. The house was spacious and clean, accurately described by the host. Mhai, the caretaker was also friendly and attentive. Grateful for their service and highly recommended.

Cynthia was such a responsive host. The house has a big enough space that all of us enjoyed, even the kids. Also very much appreciate how they had a backup WiFi when the main network started having issues. Too bad we weren’t able to enjoy the pool because of the weather, but we still had a nice time at the house nonetheless.

Ms. Kat's place is awesome. Ang ganda, comfy and neat ng place. Clean and spacious ng rooms. Clear ang pool. Nice parking (4 na cars kami). Have all the needed stuffs for our family outing (18 pax kami). Responsive and friendly ang host and staffs. Nabitin kami. Dapat pala 2 days ang binook ko. We will definitely come back and refer din this place to our family and friends.

The airbnb host was very responsive and friendly to all of our inquiries. The staff, Kuya Renante, was also hospitable and kind. The location is great! It was easy navigating here and it’s just near good spots in Tagaytay. Lots of beds for a big family like us. Kitchen was equipped with sufficient items, making it easy to cook and dine. Definitely worth every penny! 💯

We love the place and good for a big group in private. We enjoyed our time with the team and complete amenities, Bluetooth speaker for the music and they allowed us to dance til dance with music on and staying at the pool. Excellent service and we are so happy. Highly recommendable.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at the Captain's Farmland in Cavite—just a short and easy drive from Manila via the Mampalasan Exit. The staff were incredibly accommodating and quick to respond to all our needs, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The place was very clean and well-maintained, with amenities that made it feel like a true escape from the city. One of our favorite features was the pool—shaded by beautiful trees, it was perfect for relaxed afternoon swims without the harsh sun. It felt private, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed. We enjoyed our stay so much that we're already thinking of booking again. Highly recommended for families or small groups looking for a chill spot near Manila!
