This accommodation is at the entrance to the oldest farmhouse in the village, located about 25km from Reims, 10km from Epernay, 15km from Hautvillers and 5km from Ay, in the birthplace of Champagne. You will have a space of about 70m², on two levels, all amenities to eat and relax (equipped kitchen, TV, fireplace, barbecue, bicycles, wi-fi). Stop on the wine route, come and rest!

The Colvert is a fully renovated home attached to our house, where the entrance, terrace and garden are completely independent of it. Located in a very quiet little village 30 minutes from Charleville and 40 minutes from Reims, 45 minutes from Belgium, 2 hours from Paris. it includes a small living room (with sofa bed), an equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower and sink, 1 toilet, 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 terrace with small fenced yard and parking.
