The house was right next to the Luodong Night market, accessible, easy on check-in process as well. We met a pair of wonderful Bubble drink shop owner downstairs at 1st floor, we have enjoyed our stay there. :)

Great location and big property with easy check in and lovely garden area. House was very big and spacious, felt very homely too. Bathrooms were clean and house had all key amenities. Beds comfortable. Located moments from all key sights in Anping yet the house itself was quiet from the street (although neighbours could be heard from the back of the house). House felt very secure with smart lock and garden very pretty. Nespresso machine and filtered water tap very useful too. Chien Yu was very responsive and would happily stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious three-storey villa, located just under a 12-minute drive from Jiaoxi town centre. We rented a car to get around, but getting an Uber was also easy and convenient. The place has ample parking for multiple cars if needed. The villa was clean, very well equipped, and had everything we needed for entertainment — from a karaoke system, mahjong table, pool table, and piano, to a gaming console, an outdoor pool, and a sheltered barbecue area. We travelled as an extended family, including children and babies, and everyone absolutely loved the place and had a fantastic time. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

舒適美好的環境不需過度裝潢，而是用心對待的日常。開闊寬敞的空間，擺設和佈置有著藝術美感，每個角落都值得細細觀賞。農村裏安靜的只有遠處的鳥叫和幾聲狗吠，安寧安詳安心，一夜好眠。早餐配著鄉村景致，心情放鬆慢慢的吃，健康美味。屋主用心的生活，住客在這兒也感覺被用心對待，體驗是很寧靜愉悅的。在這兒短短一晚，有隻親人的小貓咪來找我們玩耍，屋主Nancy安靜適時的提供需要，親切的奶奶跟我們送別，這些在心裡是一幅美麗的風景。

It’s a great experience which just like grandparents house. I believe that host spent a lot of time to decorate and keep everything running well. The best part is near the most popular tourism spot. You can spent great time every night and day. If you are the person who is wiling to find this spot in the historical alley. Sorry for typing English , wish everyone will have good time there for sure. If you want to live in, I will suggest driving might not be better because there are so crowded. The parking lot near also can help you saving some time.

very nice location, walking distance to night market and other places of interest. we love the facilities in the house and will highly recommend this to anyone visiting Jiayi.

小小 went above and beyond to make our trip clear and comfortable. Even weeks and days leading up she was available to answer questions and offer suggestions on how to make our visit memorable, practical, and sustainable. Her professionalism, warmth, and hospitality was really appreciated, as we traveled far from the US and arrived weary. Her tour of the history of the home and amenities made it so easy to fall in LOVE with the art and charm of it. I have never met a host this attentive to our needs, detailed oriented to the space, and dedicated to making the space comfortable. The house and decor was already so beautiful, but 小小 made it feel like a welcoming home. An unexpected surprise that was super appreciated was the interim tidying she provided. Also, we were wondering why the fans and AC were turned on frequently and learned that this is a big source of ventilation for the old, well preserved home. 小小 is a gift to the local neighborhood. Coming here was the best part of our trip!!

Henry is a great host, the place has lots of space, henry even upgrade his wifi speed to match our need. he always replies my messages. the place is clean and close to town with less than 10min cab ride to go anywhere

寵物非常友善！ 入住還有附上寵物潔牙骨、寵物水碗、寵物涼墊 房間很乾淨，除了排水孔會有異味之外，整體都很好～
