It is located in the Kiyomizu-dera Temple area, about 6 minutes on foot from Exit 4 of Kiyomizu-Gojō Station on the Keihan Line, near Kiyomizu-dera Temple, one of Kyoto's most famous tourist destinations. The bathtub is made of Shigaraki-yaki, produced in a kiln in Shiga Prefecture. The far infrared effect warms the body to the core and makes it difficult for the bath to cool down.
