recently updated ground floor 1 bedroom apartment with pull out sofa in living room. the apartment was clean, quiet with a big kitchen. Super close to walk to downtown Dijon- like 2 minutes. i went for working/ holiday and the apartment suited me perfectly. no complaints. would come again.

Small house in a very quiet neighborhood in a beautiful area. All the comforts are there!

Very impressive stay experience, quiet surroundings, beautiful natural scenery, complete facilities, clean and tidy room, friendly host (also Chinese speaking key, surprise!) My friend who stayed at the same time said it was a dream house, and if it wasn't for another itinerary I wanted to stay for a few more days. There is also a chance to go to Burgundy and will choose to stay here again.

We spent a family stay at Marie-Aude and Olivier's airbnb and are super happy with it! The house is just perfect for spending time together when you are in large numbers and the environment is beautiful and peaceful, the garden is great! Very nice stay! Located next to the action. Very helpful and responsive property. Small cleaning to plan before leaving because no fee would be charged to do so. This may need to be specified in the advertisement. Unless it's done and I don't see it. Only comment or accuracy, the loft is on the 6th and a small elevator takes us there. It's fine, but since I'm claustrophobic, I walked more often:)

Great location, quiet next to Duck Island, while staying a 20 min walk from the city center (or less in T2). The apartment had everything you need, very clean. Amel was very accommodating on arrival and departure times. I highly recommend!

Very pleased with our stay. The kitchen was very well stocked for preparing all kinds of dishes, linens and towels were available, the apartment was comfortable and very clean. Excellent location about 15min from the city center on foot, and the train station is accessible by tram.

We were scheduled to stay at Azedine's place for a long term stay. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we were unable to complete our stay for the allotted time. However throughout the entire process Azedine was kind, understanding and responsive. He always connected with us and helped us through any questions we may have had. The apartment itself is beautiful and in my opinion better than the photos. Additionally, you couldn't find a better location, a 5 minute walk from the town.

Nice place near the city center with a parking place which makes life much easier. There is a lift which is good when you have suitcases as the flat is on 7th floor! The place has been done recently and is very clean. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious. Kitchen is small and rudimentary but enough for breakfast or a simple meal: you better choose some of the very good burgundies restaurants in town! I recommend this place.
