Our Casa Léon is a beautiful property with 3 houses on a little hill, right in the heart of Santa Teresa. After 3 years of travelling this was the best place I´ve found in the world. It´s a perfect place to work, relax, to surf & do yoga. Super fast fiber optic internet. Super close to town, but also up enough to not be bothered by it`s dust and noise. Only a 3 min. walk to the main road, where you can find supermarkets and restaurants. Only 5 walking to the famous surf beach Playa Carmen.

The house is the result of a detailed planning whose excellent work was done by a local builder. There are three (3) rooms, all have air conditioning. The breezes are fairly regular on this high hill, so no mosquitoes. There are also ceiling fans everywhere in the house. One King bed, two Queen beds. The house is situated on a beautiful mountain side.
