The house is in Tamerton Foliot, a quiet village on the north-west fringe of Plymouth about 10 minutes by car from Derriford, 15-20 mins to Plymouth centre. The property is at the end of a cul-de-sac with a private drive and ample parking. There are countryside views from the rear of the house.

There is much to explore from the doorstep, including the village's three charming pubs and Warleigh Point nature reserve. Perfectly situated between Dartmoor and Devon and Cornwall's beautiful beaches, Apple Orchard is the perfect place from which to explore. A delight for walkers, runners, cyclists, swimmers, divers, surfers, wind surfers, kayakers & paddle boarders alike.

Self contained studio near centre of Saltash

A small and cosy annexe, in the heart of Saltash. We are a 10 minute walk from the main bus stop and 15 minutes from the train station. Formerly our garage, the space is small but fitted out to a high standard. We aim to provide as luxurious an experience possible, in the space we have available. We offer off road parking on our sloping drive for a medium sized car or there is free, level parking on the road outside. We also have a secure back garden for bikes.
