The response time was quick from the Host (Alan). Everything was perfect as shown and described. It was really a cute and small property free from disturbance, pollution and mesmerizing views during the sunset. I loved how patiently they built this house. Host proactive approach and smile just made my day. I would definitely recommend this property to my friends and colleagues if they're planning to visit Cochin. You may also visit the Nearby Backwaters and fish farming ponds for sightseeing and boat ride. But the thing which I didn't like was the market for groceries is quite far, so you need to walk atleast 1-2 kms to get there. But keeping that aside I would recommend you just simply grab it. this place really nice to stay and very beautiful surroundings. felt like home and comfortable with everything. the locations near to Madurai town. we really enjoyed and my baby comfortable with this house. she enjoyed max with the beautiful nature morning and evening sunrise.. vijay mom really helpful and his brother too.. the best place we found at Madurai. surely will stay again for next trip.. recommend.. thanks to brother vijay and his family members. with loves saravanan from Malaysia.

Had a wonderful stay! The location is excellent—peaceful residential area with easy access to everything. The rooms were neat, clean, and fully equipped with all kinds of cutlery and other essentials. The best part was Venkatraman’s exceptional behavior—truly a warm and thoughtful host. Would definitely choose this place over any other!

What a wonderful place that feels like home ! quiet space with a nice terrace, a very nice room and a big living room, a washing machine and everything for cooking ! I was looking for a place to work with wifi, and this place is perfect. I spent one week at Vidhya 's place and it was amazing ! Vidhya is always super responsive, helpful and giving so many good tips about the area. perfect location : the ocean is few minutes away, the house is super close to the main auroville town, and very accessible to Pondichéry as well ! I will definitely recommand this place and come back for sure !

very supportive and responsible host. There was a person apointed for helping the checkin process even we arrived lately than informed time. Host personally came and enquired our needs and asked our well-being. The surrounding is best suitable for family as this very peaceful, calm and quiet place. just 5-10 minutes away from Mysore palace. zomato,blink it deliveries available(even lately) at your doorstep. Bathroom were neat tidy. Washing machine, fridge, Owen, Mixie and many more kitchen appliances were available and made the kitchen absolutely remarkable. Felt like my own home during the stay. over-all my parents too very much loved the stay and 100% sure we will sttay here only during our future visits to Mysore. Really Appreciate Mr.Ganesh Prasad, for his awsome responsibill host and wondeful home.

I had a decent stay at this Airbnb. The place was exactly as described in the listing, clean, and well-maintained. The host was responsive and provided all the necessary information for check-in and check-out. The location was convenient, with easy access to local shops and attractions.

The place was clean and felt like home... The only issue was the check-in and check-out timing. Most people arrive early on check-in day and leave late on check-out day due to travel schedules. Since check-in was only at 1 PM, I lost half a day, which affected my work meetings as this was an official trip. It would be helpful if early check-in and late check-out options were available at Airbnb or the facility .

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at this flat homestay while our home was under renovation. Everything here was clean, tidy, and well-prepared, making us feel instantly comfortable. Thanks to our hosts, Mr. Cherian and Mr. Alex. They were very accommodating and unobtrusive. Unlike some other places where hosts can be overly involved, they gave us complete privacy while ensuring everything we needed was available. The flat was fully equipped with all essentials, so we only had to bring our groceries and a few personal items. It truly felt like a home away from home. The locality is very peaceful and the evening breeze along the balcony was enjoyable. One small thing to note is that the roads leading to the property might feel a bit narrow for guests from bigger cities, but it wasn’t an issue for us. Overall, a fantastic place and highly recommended for a comfortable and hassle-free experience!

Great place to stay with my toddler..quiet and peaceful with huge terrace and beaches nearby....kitchen has almost all the equipments to prepare regular meal... Also, best part as we were traveling with kid who slept during checkout time she allowed us to extend our check out time without charging additional cost which helped us to enjoy our vacation at fullest.. Host helped us with lot of recommendations and itinerary for Pondy.. Provided us with few juices and other stuff provided by host that we found was really a nice gesture Washroom is bit small in size but was not the major concern for us
