We booked this property for almost 12 days. It’s located in a very peaceful and quiet as well as well. Connected to major roads and highways. Check-in was very smooth. Host was always a very responsive and very polite. The property is well maintained, fully equipped and furnished. It worth every penny.

We went with kids for Mysore site seeing. The house is in a very cool and calm place. Availablity of Blinkit and autos are available at the location. After check-in Mr.Uday sir called and asked us if anything is required. He ensured that our stay is very comfortable. I strongly recommend this house. Definitely the stay will be peace, calm and enjoyable.

We booked this place for the weekend and had a great experience. The host was extremely helpful and responsive, promptly answering all our queries and ensuring everything was taken care of. The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the listing. Housekeeping was even arranged during our stay, which added to our comfort. All the listed amenities were available and in excellent condition. Overall, a fantastic stay — great host and truly one of the best places to stay!

One of the BEST Airbnbs I've stayed in, and the BEST host I've stayed with, period! Don't let the simplistic entrance fool you - Aprajita's place is perfect for one-two people wanting to chill away for a few days. The check in was smooth and the ambience amazing (beautiful lights and plants!). The pool was great for chilling in the heat. The kitchen is small and good enough to cook simple stuff - bread, egg, maggi, etc. It's a very cozy place to stay in, and one I'll come back to again for sure! Aprajita was the nicest host I've encountered. She was very well prepared (which is less common than one would expect) - she had a welcome video explaning the house, a list of areas one could explore around, very helpful guidelines on how to use the house and the pool, etc. Before and during the stay she was friendly and receptive - be it in changing the check-in/check-out slots or with helping us with the speakers and the TV. I've walked away with a friend and I'm very grateful for it!

Akshay was a wonderful host, right from the moment i contacted him first accomodating all my requests and even gladly helped me when i had to cut my stay short due to some unforseen circumstances. Akshay and his father were right there to help you with everything. The place is easily accessible by cabs and easy to reach from different places.

Overall nice place at a great location. the only downside are the bathroom are a bit old and perhaps in need for some renovation. RK was great and very responsive.

Had a fantastic stay at Vinay’s place in Bangalore! The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Check-in was smooth, and all the amenities were top-notch. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

First of all, I couldn't thank Jamal’s uncle and niece enough for being so helpful when I had a picnic attack during my stay at the property. They took me to the nearby hospital in their car when I was not getting an ambulance to go to the hospital. They are a loving and very kind family. I had a wonderful Three-day stay at the property from May 5th to May 8th. The property is spacious and very clean, and the big living room looks out to a beautiful greenery patio where I love sitting and sipping my morning coffee. This property is just perfect for a family. The location is very convenient and safe. The caretaker lives downstairs and is always available if you need any kind of help. I am going to stay at the same property whenever I am in Bangalore. I would recommend this place to others!! Thank you once again to Jamal and their family for being the best hosts!!

Stayed with my cousins at this property from 12th April for couple of days ,we had booked their other house on the second floor as well. It was the most pleasant stay with spacious rooms, clean kitchens (with almost everything(utensils) you need to cook a good mea)l ,hygienic bathrooms with fans(fans in the bathrooms were the highlights 😅) and properly setup house with artifacts and paintings ,made it more homely(Didn't feel life you're on rental accommodation) and close to the beach. Everyday we'd get up early and go to the beach to have sunrise and bathe. Made our family get together more fun and peaceful. Thanks to Anshul and Sandip for checking in on us to assure that we're good. This Place can be a real deal for staycations for longer periods. ♥

This was a stunning property. A large, open kitchen/living space with wide balcony let in lots of light, leading into two cozy and stylish bathrooms. Decor was impeccable, with fashionable prints and furnishings. The property was located in a residential area within easy rickshaw access from great cafes and restaurants. Security in the entrance were friendly and professional. It was a very smooth and efficient experience from check-in to check-out and the hosts were quick to respond with any queries. They also accommodated a last-minute request, which I really appreciated.

The place is exactly same as the photos. It is clean, peaceful, private and at the right location. Also, hosts are responsive and friendly.

Pros: 1) Covered Car Parking. 2) Responsive and thoughtful host ( she kept some eatables for us during check-in) 3) AC even in the living room . 4) Necessary amenities 5) Lift 6) Far from the hustle of the crowd but still located within walking/driving reach of the happening places. Improvement points: 1) In-house RO facility ( 10L can was provided and host did fill up whenever needed) . 2) A door peep hole will help in knowing who is knocking the door before opening it to strangers. Suggestion to reach location: Please take the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Road (which takes 1 -2 mins more than Google suggested route) as the access road in between is very narrow and roadwork was going on. Overall, definitely a place to visit for a pleasant stay in Pondicherry. thanks for the nice memories. 😃
