Het appartement heeft 1 grote slaapkamer en bevindt zich op de 3e etage. Er is een lift. Het ruime balkon heeft de hele dag zon. Het is 13 minuten lopen naar Bananabeach en 19 minuten naar strand Imouran (1 km). Agadir is op 12 en Taghazout op 7 kilometer afstand. Bus, taxi's, winkeltjes en restaurants op 200 meter afstand. Veilig/gratis parkeren voor het gebouw.

he house is unique it's one of the oldest one in Tamraght, it's fresh during summer and warm during winter. It's a safe place in the mountain with a beautiful view. The house is situated in a small lieu-dit called "Big Di" between Tamraght and Taghazout not far from the new golf. To go to the beach by walk will take you 15 / 20 minutes. To go to Taghazout by car it will take you 10 / 15 minutes, by walk 45 minutes.
