his place was luterally a God sent answer as I was havibg a hard time to find a good place to stay. it is in a secured neighborhood, and his place itself is very well secured, clean and very worth the price. I like the interior too as its Ikea inspired. He and his wife are also very responsive and very helpful- really super nice. I will book again when I come back to HCM. Definitely a super host!

Good place

Clean rooms, great central location just minutes from Bui Vien and Ben Thanh Market, functional washer and dryer and great views of the city. Hosts were great communicators and very helpful throughout our stay.

Lisa provides a very nice apartment. Very clean, not too far from Ben Thanh Market. The gym and pool facilities are very good too! Easy access once you’ve find your way around. Thank you for hosting!

Good place, host was very responsive and a good area for food

Mai’s place is just like 1 of those hidden gem that you hardly see these days anymore. Amazing place to stay and I am very sure that she put in 1000% effort in decorating and designing the place.

The best accommodation. Best service. They were so nice and accommodating helped so much with our luggage. We had 15 girls for a bachelorette and it was a little chaotic with so many girls but they helped us so much with their concierge survive. 100/10. Their generosity and staff really made our trip. Căn hộ sạch sẽ giống như ở trên hình ảnh. Vị trí căn hộ thoáng mát, gần công viên đẹp và rộng lớn Gia Định. Từ căn hộ đi ra sân bay cũng rất tiện. Đặc biệt host Khánh rất nhiệt tình và hoạt bát. E Khánh luôn hỗ trợ và trả lời các thắc mắc của mình rất nhanh chóng. E cũng cố gắng đáp ứng những yêu cầu của mình hoặc đưa ra giải pháp thích hợp nhất để mình có thể ở trong căn hộ này một cách thoải mái nhất. Mình định thuê 1 đêm mà cuối cùng mình ở lại nguyên một tuần. Cảm ơn e Khánh rất nhiều!

The place is like the pictures, just some normal wears. Everything was as described. Mi was great at responding when I had questions and she’s also very accommodating. The location was nice and I enjoyed the view.

I travel to HCMC frequently and have stayed at at least 4 major hotels. This was my first Airbnb experience in this city and it was fantastic. Tram's apartment is in the same building as the 5-star Holiday Inn Hotel and as her guest you get to enjoy access to much that the hotel has to offer, including its opulent and bigger-than-olympic-sized pool, its spa and its restaurants. Apartment goers have their own dedicated gym, which is better than those of any of the other hotels I've stayed at an entirely comparable to the Holiday Inn Gym. The room was squeaky clean, tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. While I enjoy eating out, on this occasion I also enjoyed cooking my own meals in the apartment. Any neighbors I crossed paths with in the elevator or corridor were delightful. The prime location of this unit in the middle of the Tan Binh district is another plus. Lastly, Tram was responsive and helpful whenever I had questions during my 3-week stay here. Highly recommend.
