This place was fantastic. Very clean, good AC, quiet neighborhood, close to downtown, and the host was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Thank you to Yung and Pansap for hosting us and for clear & easy instructions; and the 24-hour friendly staff for recommendations and looking after us. We were a group of 9 adults and 1 toddler on a friend's wedding & reunion weekend. Yung's villa provided the perfect + quiet + safe location and a homely base, with each couple having their private ensuite and also a common area to hang out.

I love the room very much, I stayed here for three nights, and I would choose here if I come to Saigon in the future.1, the room is very spacious, especially the sun bathing room on the first floor room, the green and the light is super beautiful; 2, the living room is very wonderful, it feels like home, the kitchen utensils are abundant and tidy; 3, the whole house includes beautiful plants in the yard, and cute cats, dogs, I feel happy; 4, the host is great, the service is very good, the personality is very good, the character is very good, there are also nice cafes nearby, there are also great cafes nearby, you can eat local food not far away. Of course it is not a hotel so can't expect it to be spotless, but he is a great place to stay.

This villa was a dream for remote work! Fast WiFi, plenty of natural light, and spacious rooms meant I could work productively and still have space to relax. The kitchen and BBQ area made it easy to eat in, and the nearby pickleball court was a fun break. The host was quick to respond and made check-in and out effortless. Will definitely be back.

It is a nice, descent accommodation that has all the amentues and essentials for an aparrment. I would recommend it for anyone that is looking for an apartment to stay. Location is convenient. The service is excellent. Very good overall.

The house is located in the 7th district, which is a very nice neighborhood. It can even be said to be the cleanest and safest neighborhood in Ho Chi Minh City. My daily pleasure is strolling and walking to the lake park. Surrounded by two of Vietnam's largest shopping malls and countless delicious restaurants and cafes. Everything is within walking distance. Mr. Tuan and Ms. Binh's home is very cozy. They are a cultured and tasteful couple, and the porcelain collection in the living room shows their lifestyle. They also have a cute kitten, although the kitten is a little shy. The interior space of the room is more spacious than the photos, everything is very comfortable, and there is even a small refrigerator in the room. Another feature of the house is the terrace garden, where you can sit and enjoy the sunrise and sunset. From the house, you can take a taxi or bus to the 1st district, and it takes about half an hour to get to the airport. So if you want to stay in Ho Chi Minh for a while and experience the fun of the upscale neighborhood, this is a great choice. I will definitely stay here again if I come again.
