We loved Billy’s place! The Ushongo area was so peaceful and Stan, Halima, and Juma were so helpful on site. We would definitely love to come back!

Come to Embedodo Beachhouse and you will feel like you are in paradise. We had spent 3 great days right by the beach. The amenities were ok. Sometimes the power went out, but you have to expect it everywhere.... There was nothing wrong with it either. You should apply mosquito repellent in the evening if you want to sit on the porch From there we did not want to go into the house in the evening because it was very pleasant from the temperatures and the sea noise gave you an extra kick. Anytime again!!

a really special spot right on the beach front. The staff were very kind and welcoming. It's within walking distance along the beach to the restaurants. the accommodation were clean and nicely designed. we had such a wonderful escape.

Benard is truly a Superhost! From the moment i arrived, he made feel welcome and ensured i had everything needed for a comfortable stay. His attention to detail, communication, and hospitality were exceptional. The space was spotless and well-equipped, and his thoughtful touches made all the difference.

Great place to connect with nature and local community. We met three chameleons at the property, about five on the adjacent road, as well as plenty of local children fascinated and scared at the same time of our dog :) Pizzeria Mama Mia is about 45 min walk and is quite outstanding.

This place is outstanding for a unique setting with lots of privacy in nature. As would be expected for such a remote setting, accessibility can be challenging. You need to follow numerous turns on unmarked small, paths. Using their provided guide from the ferry or airstrip is advisable. It is truly off road for a few kms, tight for a car and slippery and messy in rainy season for a motorcycle. If you can work with the accessibility challenge, we highly recommend the place.

We stayed for a few days. Excellent place directly on the beach. Really enjoyed our stay. Hope to be back soon.

Best Lodging in Lushoto!! A very nice home with all the comforts... all to ourselves. Views of the valley, balcony, hot shower, kitchen, and large spaces. The owner is a very kind person and always ready to help. The location is perfect. We were worried it was too central, or too far from the center. This house is located away from the chaos surrounded by nature, but a 5-minute walk from the village of Lushoto!! Important: on the site it says that it is 2km from the village... but there is a small downhill street that crosses a school and two homes, which will allow you to reach the village in 5/7 minutes! Everything is really perfect! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!
