Surrounded by greenery: Our vacation & wooden house surrounded by the small pony farm. The best of both worlds, close to the city of Hamburg & Norderstedt and yet in the countryside in the middle of the meadow and surrounded by horses. Overlooking the meadows and the riding stable, the garden invites you to relax, the grill calls for a barbecue and the fireplace ensures cozy evenings. The wooden house is quite flexible and there are 2 additional sleeping places (e.g. for older children) in the alcove upstairs.

Modern basement apartment

Modern, spacious and fully equipped basement in-law with separate access and high-speed Wi-Fi. The Alster river and hiking trail are within walking distance. The Alstertale shopping centre can be reached by bus in just 3 stops in 6 minutes or on foot in 20 minutes. Hamburg Airport can be reached by car in just 15 minutes and by public transit in about 30 minutes. The main train station can be reached by bus and train in about 40-50 minutes. Free parking is available outside the building on the street.

The cottage is located in the “Bothkamper See” nature reserve. It offers an outdoor hot tub, shower with nature view, steam sauna, wood-burning stove, terrace, XXL couch and super king size bed, fully equipped kitchen, ice maker, Bluetooth music system, record player, Wi-Fi, 2 x BBQ area, bicycles, home office, 2 x spa, private cinema, giant swing, fireplace, swimming area, wood chopper and much more. Our restaurant "Hof Bissee" with regional cuisine and breakfast (5 min walk).

Cozy lake house

The cozy summer cottage is located directly on the lake and is located on the same approx. 3500 m² property as our house (approx. 45 m away). At the end of the cul-de-sac, it is very quiet, surrounded by nature. It is practically and comfortably furnished, with everything your heart desires and offers accommodation for 2 people, possibly with a child. The sofa in the living room can be used as a sofa bed if necessary. Ideal for couples, friends, a small family or all alone.

Vacation home "Beauty Garden"

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Although you are only 35 minutes away from Hamburg city center, you have the forest, meadows and horses right outside the door. The small apartment in the "Bullerbü" style is newly decorated and has its own entrance and the possibility to sit outside. Parking is available right outside the door. Other things to take into account: We live in the house next door and are therefore quickly on site if anything is unclear.

Centrally Located Minimalist-Designed Apartment

Experience comfort in this cozy Nordic-style apartment, offering 36–38 m² of thoughtfully designed living space. The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a welcoming living and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Maximum capacity: 4 people (double sofa bed for 2 guests) For stays of 7 nights or more, weekly housekeeping is included. Additional cleaning services can be booked at an extra cost. Bed linen and towels included.

Historic waterworks on Hamburg's Elbe beach

Experience the charm of a listed building from 1859, which has been modernized with a lot of love for detail. The 36 m² apartment in the former machinist's house of the waterworks offers stylish flair and contemporary comfort. Location: Located directly on the Elbe beach, the surroundings invite you to take walks and bike tours. The proximity to the Falkensteiner Ufer allows direct access to the Elbe and offers a magnificent view of the passing ships.

Welcome to our cottage on the Elbe dyke! Our house and the detached guest house were built in 2021. The guest house is very cozy and stylish with many details, such as furniture, windows, etc., which have been designed and built in individual production and with a lot of love for detail. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in a stylishly furnished ambience, this is the place to be. The Elbe Cycle Path and Elbe Dike are about 200 meters from us.

Time out in a stylish tiny house

"Dien Uttied" stands for a special time out in nature, away from everyday stress and city noise. In our cozy and at the same time very upscale tiny house/construction trailer, you can switch off and enjoy your time out! The newly built 2025 trailer has a living/sleeping area, a separate bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The small fireplace invites you to spend cozy hours in any weather, while you let your gaze wander through the panoramic window.

Feel-good idyll by the park

On the first floor of the modernized duplex apartment is the daylight bathroom (including WaMa) as well as a spacious hallway. On the upper floor, the fully equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher, microwave, induction) as well as the bedroom with flat-screen TV and workstation. The rooms on the first floor as well as the bedroom on the second floor can be darkened via electric roller shutters. Wi-Fi is available. Pets are possible by arrangement.

Private apartment in Norderstedt: 1-4 people

Our approx. 90 square meter apartment is located in Norderstedt district of Glashütte, directly in the north-western affluent suburbs of Hamburg. The city center of Hamburg can be reached by car in about 1/2 hour by car, the surrounding moors in about 20 minutes on foot. The sun-drenched apartment is colorful and cheerfully decorated and has a large TV and a fully equipped kitchen. A guest parking space is right on the property.

Vacation in a historic farmhouse

This historic building is a typical North German farmhouse and is located on the edge of a small village with unobstructed views of the hilly countryside. Our 2-hectare natural property is adjacent to our own meadow behind the house, with many cozy spots under trees and by the stream. We renovated the cottage with natural materials and furnished it comfortably, e.g. with a fireplace and small sauna.
