A clean house, good hospitality from host. we got welcoming drink also. location near to shop, just walking distance. every room has 1 single and 1 queen bed, with functioning aircond.

The unit is spacious, clean and smells nice. The Strand is great for its pool and walking distance to many great restaurants. Ming Hee is very responsive and accommodating to check-out requests.

The best place I stayed at on my travels, by far the kindest costumers. They recommended me many non touristy places to go to. The apartment is clean and very cosy with a nice view. The building is secured and it is located next to a shopping mall with a lot of different restaurants, a cinema, bowling place, karaoke, clothing stores etc. and a super market, it is also only 3 km away from Malaysia's largest nightmarket. Other features: good Wi-Fi 10mpbs. 2 restaurants, laundry, gym, sauna, outside showers, outside gym and a large pool. A perfect place to rest and calm down.

Great place and nice ambience. Rented this place for gatecrashing and it is spacious enough. Clean and happy.

Thanks for a great stay Bee. The flat was easy to access and right on top of Atria mall for good restaurants and supermarket. We enjoyed the swimming pool too. Everything was nice and clean. We look forward to staying with you again.

We had a wonderful staycation to celebrate our son’s birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The place is ideal for big family gatherings, offering plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy quality time together. Surrounded by lush greenery and a serene lake, the setting was peaceful and refreshing—a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Whether we were spending time indoors or exploring the scenic surroundings, every moment felt special. It was the perfect place to create lasting memories, and we would love to return for another family getaway!

Shirley & Reuben are excellent hosts who quickly resolve any issues you have. Their apartment is clean and in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Always a pleasure to stay there!

Ms Pua is very helpful and the house exactly like photos shown. Can improve the AC at the top most floor as it's a bit undersize for such big room. amenities and full kitchen is very handy to cook for light meals. we enjoyed our stay. thank you.

We spent a month in the Apartment. We felt at home almost instantly due to Cora's great communication before we arrived. The Apartment had everything we needed. It has enormous amounts of space. All appliances are in good condition. The parking is ample. The Condo building is friendly and the staff excellent. Location was excellent as it was walkable to GIS and into Mont Kiara on an evening.

Very helpful hosts although it was late at 11pm/12mn. We were not sure of how to use the tv, and the next day someone came over to help us. Very nice space - spacious and clean. Though the kitchen chairs were a little old and the bed is average (not really hotel standard like mentioned in the listing). Aircon took awhile to cool down the room. Overall will still consider this place again when i come over with big family. Security was at the entrance around the estate which makes me feel at ease somehow too. About 7-10mins walk to big shopping mall (1utama) too.

this is my second time staying here. kevin is helpful as always. the house is spacious and clean. now with wofi, working fine. kevin provides electrical extension, making it easier with electronic items. recommended

Great place with superb service!

Kids enjoy being able to take a pool bath. The pool slot for 1 family just doesn't mix with other families so it's safe in the covid era. Cozy home with a living room and room.

Host Madam Saw was so kind and nice person with full of hospitality. Location was really good in access to nearby food area. However, I could find long hair remaining on the floor, precisely under bed. And if owner consider installing laundry machine, it would be perfect! Although these requirements, still I feel like staying there if I could have another opportunity! I would appreciate for Madam Saw’s great hospitality.

Really loved the environment of the stay also all rooms and beds really clean and tidy !
