Risåsen's cottage village is located high outside Tännäs, surrounded by unlimited mountain nature. At the cottage village, there are two lakes with the possibility to buy a fishing license, with good fishing for both grayling and trout. From the area there are also snowmobile trails where you can reach the entire Funäsfjällen.

Nice newer house in pleasant Ljusnedal that has a village feel. Cross-country ski trails and snowmobile trails run just outside the house. In summer, several nice hiking and cycling trails start a couple of hundred meters from the house. Good fishing and swimming facilities. Here you have a calm and relaxing environment with proximity to many leisure activities. 5 km to Funäsdalen with shops and restaurants as well as ski slopes. Within a 30-minute drive, there are several places with cross-country and downhill skiing in winter and cycling and hiking trails in summer.
