Fantastic newly built & modern villa in Bovallstrand

The house is located in stunning Bovallstrand with sea views. The house is in sweaty ground. The entrance level consists of a large modern fully equipped kitchen with kitchen island from 2021. Dining area for 10 people and large living room with fireplace. Fully tiled bathroom with brass details and shower. On the entrance level there are built-in speakers in the ceiling that are controlled via Sonos. There is also a loft with two single beds, sofa and TV. Downstairs consists of 3 bedrooms of which bedroom 1 is with walk-in closet and double bed, bedroom 2 has two single beds and private exit to the terrace and bedroom 3 with a family bed for space for three. Downstairs there is also laundry room with washer and dryer and a tiled bathroom with shower. Here you will also find a large TV room with sofa and big screen TV. The house has a large balcony on the ground floor with dining for 8 and with stairs down to a huge wooden deck where there is a jacuzzi, sunbeds, patio furniture and dining for 10. The whole house is state of the art with all the luxury that may be needed and with the latest equipment. Broadband is connected throughout the house.

Great villa (230 sqm) is rented in quiet and pleasant area. Walking distance to the beach. Nice for two or large family/friends. Party and event not allowed. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, stove and cooking plate. Pets are not allowed. Been a dog in the house. Electricity car charging after agreement. Wi-Fi included. Bed linen not included , to be booked upon agreement. NOK 250 per person. Recent water leak. Missing paint finish. There are two rental objects on the property. Rented independently.

Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with washing machine. We live in the house ourselves. It's even check in with a key box We are not always present during their stay! Kitchen has a small bar table and chairs where you can enjoy your breakfast. Otherwise, there are tables and chairs to enjoy their meals outside.

Renovated spacious and practical house with room for many. In addition to the Bohuslän idyll, there is a fenced plot with hammock, hot tub, outdoor kitchen with large grill and Italian pizza oven. In addition, it is close to sea bathing, fishing, paddling with our two kayaks and walking distance to our charming local restaurants (Havstenssunds Bistro and Skaldjurcaffeet). It is 8 km to Grebbestad where there is a rich selection of restaurants and shops that are open all year round.
